You are making amazing videos❤❤❤❤ I noticed your KZfaq channel and you're doing great! I have seen all your videos and your content qualities are excellent but still it is not delivering the right audience due to SEO problems. Focusing on your SEO to get a big fanbase would be best. I have some ideas on how to boost your audience and engagement. Would you like to talk about it for a while? Let's talk and I'll share my strategies with you.

One of the best things Joe has ever told me: "Jiu Jitsu is a dance, and it's all about getting to the next move before your partner."

Hmmmm. I may have been in a trance staring...probably thinking how I'm gonna forget how to do this technique in 15 seconds 😂 Great video! So glad I made the switch to Gracie Humaita Edwardsville. Joe is a great coach and friend!

What are some takedowns and things I can learn for rolling against people bigger than me I got tossed around lol
@NavigatingTheMats
@NavigatingTheMats Ай бұрын
Hey Tristan! In the beginning don’t get discouraged if that happens. Ask your partner what they did and try to get some feedback. Against bigger opponents it’s important to attack their base and off balance them. Look for foot sweeps, outside singles, and sacrifice style takedowns. But they all require time and lots of practice!

Thanks so much man. I've been doing this movement wrong, and didn't realize there were applications for it (since i'm new to the sport). Nice style of tutorial, keen to see more.
