@rcforever8176 it is quick for a trail crawler for sure. May be take it on the rally track 🤔 Nevertheless, MJX hit the nail on the head with the motor esc setup. And the fact you can adjust everything on the ESC on the bluetooth app.

I think it's a great trail truck. I ordered mine From aliexpress but still in transit. The 110 is top heavy as most are. Some brass would help with roll overs.

@@thercstore. I bet it will be a noticable improvement. Most SUV bodies have this problem but I will suffer through to have the great looks. It's not a comp crawler but adding parts to off set the body will be sufficient or atleast not have frequent roll overs on the trail. Great video!

Thank you for supporting the channel. Its really appreciated. Look like the stator is a popular replacement part. Unfortunately I can't exactly remember which side the washers were on as this was filmed last year. I've not had it apart since then. Sorry I couldn't help on this particular question.

i Had the same problem and i figured out what is happening there and fixed it myself. This flywheel brushless stator becomes very hot during startup and running. exact behind the stator sits the brushless ESC for the Stator motor. You can see it, when you remove the orange cover of the stator. So the ESC gets the direct hot temperatur of the stator and fails (shorts inside) and causes the stator to burn. i removed the esc and connected the stator to an external 20 amp ESC which i placed somewhere else in the bike. Problem solved forever. This flywheel construction from spectrum is designed very bad and waits to fail. I am very disapointed about that for this expensive price. Be care ful while connecting the new esc to the stator. Stator motor can spin in both directions but only one direction makes the bike drive stable, if you connect the connectors wrong, the bike will not drive and fall over instantley. Than you need to open the bike again and change the connection between 2 of the 3 cables to make the stator running in the right direction.

LOL! Doing that would lead to negative comments stating I'm copying other KZfaqrs 🤔 A few KZfaqrs did this a few years ago. One KZfaqr recently done it, too. I don't think they would be suitable long-term, but for the fun factor and a few runs, they would probably hold up. The hunt continues for tyres suitable! FOR SPEED TESTING ON ROAD , your going to have to use some MCD on road wheels / tyres from the XR5 . You definitely need on road wheels / tyres . I have seen the MCD MAX ULTIMATE brushless motor conversion version rally car do 100 mph with GPS speed confirmation . Also have seen the FG SPORTLINE on road cars do 100 + mph also with their own on road wheels / tyre sets as well . They were also running 12S power systems with massive high voltage ESC'S .

@ianjohnhorwood2605 Amazing! I've got the FG Sportline. But those wheels won't fit! The tyres on the car are road tyres, not the off-road tyres. MCD wheels off the XR5 i could try, but I don't see them holding up! I will have to try this. 100mph on a truck this size is crazy! Thank you for the advice it's really appreciated!

@cyrusshellard3905 I used a Gens ACE bashing series battery. However, using a 3s battery, you will get some decent gains regardless. The car comes on a deans connector, so you will need to change this or use an adapter unless you get a 3s on deans. C rating will make a difference, but then it all comes down to budget, etc. The lowest c rating I would buy is 35c, but you will get a better continued burst of power with a higher C rating. Hope this helps.

I have the Yikong TB07 based off their DF07 1/7thTrophy Truck but it is a Ford Bronco Fun-Haver Ultra 4 truggy, it is similar to the UDR underneath, but it has larger wheel/tyre combo comes with a spare and front lights I added a rear light and changed the light switching set up to a more scale look. It is a beast offroad had some major crashes but broke nothing yet so good I may invest in their Trophy Truck which is also 1/7th scale. But waiting on my Rlaarlo 1/7th Jeep trail/crawler to be delivered, I am wondering how close to a 1/7th the Bronco is to the Rlaarlo Jeep is it maybe more 1/7th than 1/8th as the running gear looks so similar to the Rlaarlo

In 8 months of owning one I've Replaced the servo 4 times Replaced front left cvd driveshaft once, Replaced all 4 wheel hexes due to threads stripping. Centre drive shafts and outdrive cups will definitely need replacing soon but its still a beast.
