As a chinese, I wouldn't steam garlic with the fish, but the green onion is the must. I will put the white of green onion, ginger, cooking wine and a little bit vinegar with fish in the steamer. Discard them after steaming for 10 minutes, add the soy sauce and steam for a few more minutes, heat the oil at the same time. When the oil is ready, put the green part of green onion on top and pour the oil. If you really like the garlic, add the diced garlic or garlic powder just before pouring the oil. Garlic is the best when it is with oil, but not in the steamer😂😂😂

Crazy thing is, Trump suggests using nets against these fish. Look at how high they're getting out of the water and ask yourself how the fuck a net's going to stop that? It won't. It'll just be a momentary inconvenience until they figure out how much propulsion they'll need to clear the net and keep going on their way. It's like Trump's border-fence that could be defeated by a common hardware store angle grinder. Won't stop immigrants, just presents a momentary inconvenience to them. They'll figure out how to defeat it.
