Jonnie, I am doing the same thing to my Minarelli intake as an option to the stock set up because I want to run my 21mm OKO carb in it. Do You have a link got the adapters that You are using? That will help me out a lot if you do. My wrist pin for my Piston is 10mm all the way across it. And is new has not been ran yet. But Your on the right track because I see You are still playing with Play Do! I haven't had that much fun in 56 years sense I played with it last! Keep up the great work my friend!👍

@@KenC56mm yeah for real, that caliper mount is like getting a big step up. It makes it so easy and simple to turn it into a motorized bike and easy to put a motor with power on the frame since I know it will stop easy. Thanks for saying it’s running strong. Last week I fixed the seals (put new ones in) so it’s not surging and stalling but it’s actually coming apart next week but got good news and might be a great replacement coming . The trailer was prone to flipping from being top heavy. If you spent the same amount of time strapping it as low and flat as you could get it and just have overhang off the back end of the trailer, it would of been WAY more stable.
@JMB676
@JMB676 4 күн бұрын
@@nothanksgoogle5879 the front wheel I put on the back to flat tow it wasn’t on straight and made it fight the rolling the whole time. I had to pinch the frame just to get the nuts on the axle. If I had weight in the trailer this time it would have not flipped most likely but if I just took a few more minutes and made sure the wheel was straight it also would have not flipped. You can check my channel and see I have flat towed A LOT and they don’t flip unless I roll over a curb or handlebars hit a mailbox (even then most the time they don’t throw tbh) but the wheel being angled was the really issue. Normally if I flat tow and it’s all straight it takes a lot to tip over like if I go around a sharp turn fast and the turn is picked too, kinda like when I came out the driveway and it flipped. That was cause it was to fast on a turn that sharp and angled driveway into opposite street angle. Thanks for commenting. I enjoy hearing others doing dumb, but necessary stuff; like me too.

Shocks on the trailer 🤫
@JMB676
@JMB676 4 күн бұрын
@@robertbermudez4458 I thought about putting shocks on my trailers before, just something with a short travel. But since I’m not worried about pumps in the trailers I never did. If I do end up transforming my larger trailer back to a kids carry trailer I will. My big one was built for towing kids behind the bikes. I took all that out when I first got it cause it was the only trailer I had and it all got in the way for carrying a bunch of stuff like do. Since I barely use it anymore for day to day use I thought very seriously about gutting it completely and building a small but strong functional roll cage over and around it and make it a tad bit wider and fit 2 full containment children’s seats into it so I can tow my kids on rough trails and get to 25mohbwithout worry of them getting hit anyway. I already thought how I can redo the hitch so it’s stronger and frame to put larger wheels and second most important have the exhaust hooked into it to silence the motor more and more importantly shoot the exhaust fumes out the back so they don’t fall asleep lol. It be a lot of work in a way for something so stupid that they would probably outgrow in a year but I know they would love it and have soooo much fun riding with me in there. Plus i think it be a fun time for us all.

On this bike yes, my max was 47 with a 36t sprocket, but I didn’t know what I was doing back then. If I had it to do again I would hit 45 with a 44t and over 50 with a 36t and probably touch close to 60 with a 32t. But I would need to weight as much as I did back then. I was way lighter and only about 210lbs. I’m a tiny bit more now closer to 300 and would probably only hit 52 ish with a 32t cause once you add this much weight to the bike it really slows down. Like for instance my buddy can hit 50-52 ish with a 36t on the phantom with 26” wheels. I have trouble getting over 44 with same set up. This much weight really slows it down a lot.

@@bigjay6743 I run 44t in this video and on all my bikes up until a few months ago. I ran stick brakes on all the bike before Jokester and a few months ago I switch to full caliper/rotor setups on my main daily’s and now I’m running 36t. I would rather a 44 cause I like the torque it gives you with the motors for me being as big as I am and my daily’s as heavy as they are and me always towing stuff. Just makes it easier on hills and every aspect. Especially since I don’t run to much low end grunt in the motors I put on my daily’s like I use to. I find a lot of low end grunt blows up the upper and lower end connecting rod bearings wayyyy faster and instead try to port for high revving motors instead since I get far more miles out of that type of build. But since 220mm rotors are pricey and only just started coming down to be affordable and the fact that I did the brake upgrades last year before that happened my daily’s are now 36t so a 203mm rotor fits them easily. I am also starting to change the way I have been porting some of my motors, I’m not talking much about it in the vids but if you watch and know you see the difference and that is helping me to make more low end grunt and allows me to rev out farther while still keeping the motors together with all stock parts or modified stock parts. I seldom buy any aftermarket parts for these bikes because I like modding the ones that come with the kits since that’s what everyone else gets too when the open their box. I guess I fell like it gives the average kid or person a better chance to have fun without spending all their moneys on it.

Now that's where you're wrong with the hobby situation you do get a lot of work you get experience you learn to have patience and you learn to be mechanically inclined all the same time and you get to save yourself some money cuz you know what parts to buy and what parts work and which ones not to buy which ones it doesn't work 100cc motorcycle engine kit I've been pretty lucky because it's so far I haven't really no problems with it whatsoever as far as making a sprocket to the back rim with the rubber pads that's easy I'm used to it now I can do that with my eyes closed that is so easy it's not hard if people think it is putting their back sprocket on the back wheel 🛞
@JMB676
@JMB676 7 күн бұрын
@@davidotto7666 mechanically inclined means you understand mechanics or mechanical things without any previous knowledge of thise item. Like having never worked on a diesel or gas vehicle and can take it apart and diagnose it and fix it without a schematic, or a fridge and fix it without ever being taught how to do it; you just understand what each part does and how they work together to do what it does. Just mentioning this cause you used it incorrectly in the comment and wasn’t sure if you knew or not. Being mechanically inclined is not very common since most people see anything mechanical and just get lost in how when where and what to do step by step. I am mechanically minded and have always been able to just look at almost anything mechanical and fix it or repair it without ever seeing it before or ever being told how to do it. You can’t learn to be mechanically inclined, you either are or aren’t. You can learn how to work on all differences types of mechanical things but unless you just know and understand it without being told you are not mechanically inclined. Hope you understand what I’m tryin to say. I agree this hobby can teach you patience and is a great way to get your feet wet so you can branch of into other things and pick them up and learn them. It’s a great hobby to help get yourself out of your own head and lets you just relax when trouble shooting problems.

My 50 cc will no longer start, the spark is good, the carb functions, but the flywheel vibrated off and I had to buy a new one because it destroyed itself. After buying a new flywheel and new starter the engine will no longer start. After looking into it more, it looks like the key has bent the crankshaft at the contact point. I don’t know if this is causing timing issues. Do I need to buy a new crankshaft. Could I weld it and file it away to repair it. Either way easiest way to figure it out is what size is the piston is in its circumference. Is it a one piece cylinder or two piece. But the mz65 should fit most motors just not the phantom or avenger or the built train. All other your good to go.
