Don't forget to save it as a PRESET so you don't have to recreate it every time.
@Daniel_BatalСағат бұрын
Actually this you can’t save as a preset because it’s not an actual transition, it’s a fusion clip. But, I suppose you could save it as a fusion clip, unfortunately then you’d lose the keyframing when you swapped to differnt footage

please, can u show how to do almost the same thing, but this "ring" must goes reversed like In "Tom n Jerry" or movies like this in the end of movie. thank you, and sorry for my English

No problem! Just reverse the steps. Start with the width & height sliders all the way open and then keyframe to them being at 0

@sidewayseditz6 сағат бұрын
I'm pretty sure DaVinci resolve has a preset transition that looks just like this that can be applied easily between 2 clips.
@Daniel_Batal5 сағат бұрын
There are always easy transition shortcuts. This isn’t about how to accomplish something the fastest easiest way, this is about learning how to use all of Resolve’s pages and edit like a Pro.
@sidewayseditz4 сағат бұрын
Yeah I understand that, I think it is good to know how to use the whole software and all the pages. Doing your transition the way shown in the video also allows for more customization!

This is awesome, can you do a version of this but customise the shape of the hole, like them cool car edit transitions?

Which audio format is the highest quality?
@Daniel_Batal7 сағат бұрын
Typically Wave (.wav) will give you the highest quality audio.
@SentryMash13 сағат бұрын
Tysm! However, when i try to import the custom animation into a new project, it shows up as a audio file, and can't see it in preview
@Daniel_Batal7 сағат бұрын
Make sure you're exporting it as a complete video file with transparent background.
@SentryMash7 сағат бұрын
@@Daniel_Batal I did, it's in a video format, but when i drag into the timeline, it becomes audio
@Daniel_Batal5 сағат бұрын
Check the video format if you’re using the free version. There are some file type limitations of what the free version will play even though it might export in that container/codec
@MattheasJ14 сағат бұрын
Is this truly a button push solution or should I always adjust in Fairlight first?
@Daniel_Batal7 сағат бұрын
Don't confuse loudness with level. Level is the volume the meters show you in your mixer. Loudness is the percieved volume to the human ear.
@MattheasJ2 сағат бұрын
@@Daniel_Batal I've been adjusting my Levels per track and then Compressing and/or Limiting them to avoid clipping until I get close to the Loudness standard of KZfaq. Feels like I may be doing it backwards.

Fair warning! It’s a resource hog because you’re effectively doubling or quadrupling file sizes
@activefireball828822 сағат бұрын
@@Daniel_Batal Ic ic. Thank you for the warning. Does Super Scale affect editing as well, or only the render speed and file size?
@Daniel_Batal5 сағат бұрын
Playback too. You’re essentially taking a file and making it 2 to 8 times the physical size in your project. You can make a 1080 clip 8k! That’ll put a heck of a lot of strain on your system trying to read it and in real time. Just be aware.

Hi, I went poking around in my tablet trying to find ways to retrieve used storage. This means that I tampered with settings and thought I was doing myself a favour by cancelling permissions and the like. However, in my uneducated understanding of all things electronic, I have somehow disabled the ability to leave comments on the youtube channels that I watch. How do I fix that problem? I do not upload videos of my own, yet, so any attempts to find a solution are only applicable to my videos, again, of which I have none. What have I done wrong, and how do I fix it? Strange, though, that I can leave you this comment via my mobile phone, but I can't when using my tablet.
@Daniel_BatalКүн бұрын
You have inadvertently answered you own question. You actually don’t have the ability to shut off your commenting option in other people’s videos. Creators do (and sometimes KZfaq if the content is restricted by FTC compliance issues). What has likely happened is that you’ve encountered multiple pieces of content with comment restrictions and assumed it was something you did. It wasn’t. You’re good 👍

What criteria did you use to decide which content you wanted to be recommended. Is it potential RPM?
@Daniel_Batal2 күн бұрын
Nah. My goal is never to promote content just because it might make me more money (though that’s a totally legitimate strategy for some people). I try to position content that I think will most effectively connect with my target audience and serve their needs.
