Yeah I don't like the Sequels, but they cemented the fact that Skywalker's at least are so powerful in the force that they can look into the future & see the events that are most likely to play out very clearly, other Jedi like Yoda can do this too, but they aren't as naturally gifted in the force as the Skywalkers so the future isn't as clear to them as it seems to be for the Skywalkers. So based on the current canon, yeah it's entirely plausible Luke saw the events in Jabba's palace & Barge as the most likely scenario that would play out, yes the future is always in motion, but the Skywalker's seem to be able to predict it pretty accurately compared to other force users.

Eh, despite this scene being dumb, at least Ahsoka is the main protagonist in the show and not one of the Nazi antagonists that literally died at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark by the hands of a bunch angry vengeful Jewish ghosts coming out of the Ark of the Covenant due to premature curiosity reasons in the movie.

I think the best part about Maclunkey is that it was only discovered well after Disney bought Star Wars and put what they thought were the latest versions of the films onto their streaming service without checking what version George gave them first. Unpopular opinion this is my favorite Star Wars movie. I like The Ewoks, Luke And Leia Being Siblings and I'm glad Leia got together with Han, And Boba Fett's Death. Sue Me. Yep, unlike the vocal minority I like it better than ANH & TESB. I love ANH but it's my least favorite of the OT. I love TESB and it's my second favorite Star Wars by default but I don't think TESB is perfect and I find it it to be a tad overrated.

In the Original version Han was the ONLY One to shoot. That technically makes him a murderer. So they had to edit the scene to make it look like Greedo shot and missed, so that Han had reason to fire back and claim self-defense.

Original is by far the best version

I think it could have worked if they just had Greedo say "Now Die!" With his gun pointed at him and han is the only one who shoots him dead before he gets a shot off. I mean greedo had him at gun point. His had intentions from the get go

They changed it because people didnt like Han because of that scene it made him look like the type of guy who shoots someone mid sentence. But greedo had his gun on him ao its fair game in my book

The thing is that in every version Han shoots in self defense. Whether greedo actually fires or not he’s still pointing a gun at Han. So Han shooting is always an act of self defense no matter the version. The change doesn’t change or ruin the character it’s just neutral on that point
