this is called a dowel - i wouldn't say one is inherently better than the other, i like that the plastic one does bend a bit tho

I would still decompress as usual. This is better if used as a warm up for the joints, then add in some more high intensity drills to get your heart rate up.

Wauwww that first movement feels sooo good and opening to my shoulders! Since I've chronic pain a lot of movement things ate just not suitable or not the best but this really helps relieving the pain. Thanks ❤
