In this follow-along workout we have 3 rounds with 3 exercises.
1. Deep Ape to Sit-Thru
2. Beast Toe Taps
3. Squat Sprawl
30 seconds work for each movement, back to back
30 seconds rest between rounds

This was awesome! Had been trying to figure out the sit-thru for MONTHS and this cleared it up a ton for some reason, even compared to your Instagram videos. Thanks for sharing! Would love to see more "workouts" like this. Thinking about doing the course, but saving up for it currently. =D

I love your stress on slowing down and focusing on form. I find myself rushing sometimes but know it is so so important to have good form. Thank you for the reminder Fransheska! Love this stuff.

Could you please talk through an effective warmup before trying this routine? A lot of muscles need to be activated, are you doing less complex movements for the warmup, like a static ape? Thanks!

You can do something simple like a set of squats, planks, and underswitches, repeat for 3 rounds, 30-60 seconds each, rest as needed :)
