This is either that or a « what else » accent. It improved throughout the years and will keep doing just that. As for you trying to speak French with a foreign accent, no, I wouldn’t laugh at your face just like I don’t laugh at anyone who is actually trying to make an effort to communicate properly. Try it, it feels good.

How do you autoregulate your form and prox. to failure during training? Do you have some types of specific ques based on the level of discomfort your tendonds feel, or do you keep it mostly intuitive, and when it doesnt feel quite right, you stop the set or/and change your form a lil bit? Thats an aspect of training that i believe is very important, and i have heard very few people talk about it. With myself, i found that i had periods of time where i was going way to hard way too soon, and once i got hurt a few times, it followed with a periods of time where i go way too light with very little intensity afraid of hurting myself again, even though i keep like 10 reps in reserve with barely 1/10 steuctural discomfort. I feel like even when you have a lot of past injuries, you still should go through some amount of structural discomfort during training in order to make the structure as resilient as your muslces again, its definetly the middle ground of what i have done before, for now im just trying to manage it instinctively, purepy based on the way my tendonds feel, allowing no more than 2-4/10 str. discomfort to occur during the set. Would love to hear how you do it!

Every year, most big companies selling them pull them back because of studies finding that some components are carcinogenic, endocrine disruptors or actually irritant on the body. They get a fine, pay it because who cares they got millions and just never get really punished for the thosuands of cases of side effects plaguing people using them, which goes from a little melanoma to young children's passing. Trust in those products, just like commercial soaps and shampoos but also cleaning products is at an all time low, for good reasons.
