Best comparison I have seen so far. Definitely agree with you on MPC workflow!! But once you have the samples chopped it is amazing for creative flow.

Verrrry dope. I was a little afraid at first because I love “I can’t help it” plus the Joints that have sampled it like “Breakofdawn” and a few other choice cuts but you grabbed a great texture out of it and laid dope stuff on top of it. Good job and it sold the 37 for me!

✌️I've always wanted an MPC. I used to use a family members Akai MPC 2000xl a couple of months before I actually got the Maschine MK2, though I haven't used the Maschine in a while. I'm a wannabe gear head😅. If I could, I would own a Maschine MK3, the MPC X special edition, MPC2000xl, sp202, sp404sx, 404mk2, the elektron digitakt 2, and the Ensoniq ASR 10. I can use 3 of them fluently with a number of DAWs. Sometimes I wish that I could pack all of the features that I like about each, and put them into one powerful Music Production Unit. Call it the Voltron MPU😄

if you only make beats then it’s a waste of money.

I don’t think anyone is ONLY making beats. If you are investing in a device like this, you are most likely looking to elevate in your music production. You can’t go so far with a Scarlett my friend.
@iobeid87
@iobeid87 8 күн бұрын
True! but keep in mind that with “Neumann” you’re paying for the name way more than the actual capabilities of the device ! we’re all musicians here and we all know how that works. Cheerz !

@@iobeid87 If I was just paying for the name, why am I am not using the scarlett? The pre amp alone is worth the cost fam. I don't come on here trying to sell yall anything. This interface alone started off with 32 inputs! lol i think they increased it. You get what you pay for. Cheerz!

Wierd I just came across this and I'm a Sarah fan. Tomorrow is the 4th of July 2024 and the anniversary of the first gig I ever played on July 4th 1967 and it was at the old Venice Pavilion which then was an open air amphitheater. It was kind of scary because we get there and the band that played before us was packing up as fast as they could and looking rattled. We ask one of the bands what was going on and they said there is a bunch of bikers in there and if they don't like you they start yelling and make you stop and get out fast. Then a couple bikers saw us and aw your next come on in. So we had to setup and play. We were a psychedelic rock band started our songs and next thing we see it the bikers are digging our music. So we relaxed and played our set and did our being end The End by the Doors. We were a hit and were packing up and the bikers are coming on stage and telling us they dug our band. Then the big biker with this wood Buddha hanging on a piece leather on stage with a couple guys like body guards with him and he's introduced to us as the leader of their gang. He says you guys were good you can and rub Buddha's belly. I grab Budda and the belly was worn down so I figure it was an honor so I rubbed the belly and said thanks. The helped up load are gear back in our car and we went home, gig #1 a success. I missed the Funky Venice I grew up in a lot artists living down then and other interesting people. Thanks for bringing back that memory.
