Season one in season two Butcher would do anything to kill a Supe .They spent a whole season, trying to kill translucent. Then they just let the deep walk out?! And how far could the scientists have gone with just one leg? They could have easily tracked him down.

You forgot the foreshadowing that was done in the intro sequence with the A-train puppet laying 'dead' on the chair.

I think when Butcher collapsed that was when the tumor took over. He's going to be more malevolent moving forward, i think.

Honestly, I don’t know if anyone else feels this way, but any time there’s a Deep, Kimiko, or Frenchie solo scene, I start destroying the skip button 😂

Bro I get what you're saying about redundant and unimportant plotlines. But every show does this, if the show only focused on one singular plotline it will be extremely boring and even more uninteresting than what you're conplaining about. What makes the show good is it's characters and storytelling, and in order to make you care for and flesh out those characters other plotlines have to happen, otherwise as I said the show will be boring. Not everything needs to be centered around the main storyline and I'm sure what they're doing is going to pay off in some way in the season finale or next season. I'm tired of all this constant complaining for side stories and arcs in the show, it's there for a reason.

This season probably could have been 4 episodes long. Not a lot of ground was covered. They could have done so much more with 8 episodes.

The first season was edgy and the writing was on point to tell an interesting story. The Boys always had a left wing slant and that was okay but as the seasons have continued slowly but surely it changed into a Democratic political ad . This season especially every left talking point every anti Christian anti conservative slur has increased X 10. For me and 1/2 the audience it’s just become unwatchable .

Hughie's mom is the shapeshifter. Sage knew Hughie would ask A-Train to get V, and she came along with it. That also explains why the mon, out of absolute sudden, injected V into his dad's veins. The shapeshifter spent all this time with Hughie to get accustomed to him.

i feel daphne being a shapeshifter could be cool but ruins hughies character progression and storyline, which i doubt will be adequetly talked about considering how they more or less use his sexual assualt for a laugh

Would've made much more sense to send Kate and Sam to take out the Boys. If Homelander didn't do it himself only because of possible bad publicity, why send members of the Seven who are just as known, instead of two powerful supes whom the public barley knows?

I waited all season to see that noir vs butcher fight and ofc it had to be disappointing it really shows that the boys is now mainly just about politics and weird sexual scenes

I gotta say.. this show is becoming the thing that it parodies.. the writing has felt thin and like this whole season has just been filler to carry us to the next final season. Every episode feels like Scooby Doo. The stakes don’t really feel there anymore. How many times can they just sneak around homelander. How many times will hughie just be a dummy with a heart. How many times will we have to care about the push and pull between kimiko and French.. how many times can they keep saying mothers milk loves his family.. I feel this entire season so far could’ve been 3 episodes but they’re stretching out weak plot threads in order to push us along.. and to think we still have Gen V and another spin off coming… they are becoming Disney and marvel the stuff they parody for just making content.. I hope they get back on track for the sake of the shows legacy. Every twist or plot line has been severely telegraphed this season and it’s starting to taint my love for it, even the graphic stuff on the show feels watered down and only there for some sort of shock factor to make up for weak story lines
