I did not start losing weight until I started counting net carbs. this is true for hundreds of other people Ive spoken with who spent years trying to figure out what works. Im honestly surprised at the amount of people commenting here who are referring to counting carbs as some sort of poor decision.

What would you call this? Fusion? I’ve ate a lot of diff SEA salads and Chinese/japanese, but rarely have they had cherry tomatoes or avocado?

Note to self ....insanely bad taste....taste like strand chewy sponge ...literally destroy my pasta sauce....to be fair i used coconut flour as one of the suggestions...vita wheat gluten is just nasty...made bread from another video ...looks like bread, smells like bread....taste like a dish washing sponge

I thought dairy free keto was hard but wow, I didn't even know vegan keto was possible!

I have only ever seen one recipe of yours which I am going to try as I am aiming to be low carb. I don't mean to be rude but you don't look very healthy at all. You look emaciated and your eyes are red. I don't think a vegan keto diet is healthy. It is way too restrictive. God Almighty created us to be omnivores so that we can benefit from all food sources and its nutrients. It is all about moderation.

Thank you very much for this gorgeous idea ❤️ as well as for sharing vegan keto recipes ❤️. Question: do you think pasta can be made with ecological soya fine flour (it has only 3 gr of carbs per 100 gr ) ?? Thanks in advance 😊
@HeavenlyFan2 күн бұрын
Yes soya flour should work quite well as it’s really fine and provides binding as well.

You can use any low carb veggies you can cut in cubes. Aubergine, courgette/zucchini are all great.

Do you think this dough would stand freezing in portions, to be defrosted and cooked as needed when in a hurry? I think it could be really convenient for a lunch if so. Just wondered if you, or anyone has tried this? I love your bread recipes. They’ve never let me down!
@HeavenlyFan2 күн бұрын
Yes you can definitely freeze the rolled out dough. I do that all the time. Make sure to place a baking sheet or cling film in between in case they stick.

Hey, I think it's better to swap the tofu for chicken instead of celery. That way, we can keep the protein content and nutritional value high. Oh, and it's a good idea to start by frying the onions first.

Watched your full.video and excited to try it out. My one and only experience with shirataki noodles was unpleasant, but I am willing to try again. Cooking instructions for the noodles will be on the packet, right. Thank you for the lovely recipe. Should work with palm of hearts noodles too.

It's A MENTAL PEOBLEM EATING when NOT HUNGRY
@mrmrclark4 күн бұрын
Yes, that is partly true. However, it is also true that Ghrelin, the hunger hormone, causes us to be hungry even when we have taken in enough sustenance. But oftentimes Ghrelin can be controlled by a ketogenic diet and IF…works for me. Hormones play a huge part in overeating, obesity, and Type 2 Diabetes. If you’ve not read it, Dr Jason Fung wrote an eye-opening book about it-“The Obesity Code”, which was my springboard into my health- and weight-loss journey. I highly recommend it.

The average healthy and healthy-weight human body's fat stores can sustain life for several weeks to months without food intake, so there is no need to worry about not eating until whatever time of day you are hungry. Thank you so much Fan for teaching people to get back to trusting their very wise bodies and to eat intuitively.

I used 3 tablespoons of Nutzo nut butter and the dough was too crumbly so I added about 1/4 cup of jiffy creamy peanut butter but it was still way too crumbly. Idk how much nut butter you added but apparently mine wasn’t enough.

The longest lived people in the world don't eat low carb. They probably haven't even heard of the debate. Check out the "blue zones". If anything, they are high carb. Less cancer, less diabetes and less heart disease. That's the science. Those are the facts, whether you want to believe them or not.
