Dr Gundry you mention leaky gut as a potential outcome of using protein powders, but do not mention collagen protein powder as a benefit to stop leaky gut in this video: but have mentioned the use of collagen in other videos. Was this an over sight or have you changed your mind about collagen protein powders (which are definitely processed!)?

I have subnormal Iron levels in my blood and I use Cast Iron Pans so I disagree with this. also generally speaking you do not get that much iron from cast iron unless you are cooking acidic food like tomato sauce which strip the seasoning! I've been using Cast Iron for a lifetime as did my Mom and no one in our family has had issues with above normal Iron levels!

Hey Dr. Gundry. You lost me when you said that peppers and tomatoes are not healthy :/. I understand that too many tomatoes and peppers can lead to acid reflux, but what made you label them as "not exactly healthy?"

She only knows half of what she's talking about. She eats both breakfast and dinner, meaning her eating window is probably not optimal. She eats too much protein, a dietary biproduct of what the supplements industry sells. And you get most nutrients from the skin of the apple. The white part is mostly fructose. She learned how glucose spikes (yes, there's a reason why desserts are eaten last) and repeats the same thing in every clip and apparently made a career out of just that. And coming on Dr Gundry isn't a good look.

Costco sardines come from North African countries because they’re cheaper. You should always opt for ones from cold water countries like Poland, Norway or Latvia. They will have a higher fat content.

Great advice, however, if you can’t afford a $3000 water filter purifier, then how do you not buy your so called spring water in anything else ? Furthermore, apparently some glassware from certain parts of the world have recently tested positive to lead, so after getting rid of all my plastic in favour of glass, no I have to second guess everything . . . Also, you talk about a salad spinner to wash vegetable produce in . . . May I ask if that is made of plastic ? I do know that you are supposed to wash all vegetables in filtered water with bi carb soda to kill parasites and wash away pesticides . . . So wow Where do we really go from there . . .

The way I make a smoothie includes the whole fruits. I typically don't have them for breakfast though. It's more of an afternoon snack and always includes protein.

Hi Dr. Gundry, the most unusual thing happened and id like advice. I bought a ton of Dr. Gundry’s sorghum spaghetti. Then I pressure cooked it and there was a lot of soupy substance left behind. So I put some cabbage in the soupy substance to make a meal out of it but the cabbage disintegrated overnight. Is that a bad thing? Did I do something wrong? Is it not a good idea to pressure cook Dr Gundrys Sorghum Spaghetti. Thanks!

My entire life I’ve not been able to eat heavy food in the morning. If I can get anything down at all it’s either fruit or green juice. I can’t imagine eating meat or bread or anything like that. It hurts just hearing about it.

I have a question: if you don't use antibiotics when your body is sick, there will be two cases: 1, the body will produce substances to resist, and the second case, the body will not be able to. to fight harmful bacteria that cause disease. So we won't know what situation we might be in, so how can we choose the best treatment method? And if we overuse antibiotics, it will also make our body resistant to the medicine. What should I do for the best?
