Camu Camu powder is an exceptionally rich source of vitamin C. Various sources indicate that one teaspoon (5 grams) of Camu Camu powder contains approximately 500 mg of vitamin C. Therefore, consuming about 5 grams (roughly one teaspoon) of the powder would provide around 500 mg of vitamin C.

Other supplements include astaxanthin, ashwaghanda and food based vitamins like naturelo brand who also carry magnesium, iron etc. ALL food sourced. Your body recognizes it as food, processes it as food and you absorb the benefits at a much higher %. NO horrible lab created, chemical bs that you piss out. Check out my mandatory supplements moringa, turmeric, ginger! Lastly, I drink several teas during the day to load up on the polyphenols. Green tea, matcha tea, taheebo tea, ginseng tea, lemongrass tea. At night I wind down with dandelion tea, chamomile tea. There are a lot more. I listed the ones I like. They differ in benefits. Do your own research! That's the end of the nutrition lesson for to😢😢night. This is ALL for informational purposes only. Copy it before someone decides to delete it. 🤔

I consume a fair amount of pomegranate juice, and walnuts; it would be nice to find out how to convert all that elagic acid in them to the urolithin-A. P.S. But ascorbic acid is not vit c

Dr. Gundry, Re: Vitamin C, we’ve been patiently asking you for a very long time to please address the allegation that synthetic vitamin C (ascorbic acid) does not have the same benefits as the full vitamin C complex. It does not, for example, facilitate the construction of collagen to repair damaged blood vessels. AKA scurvy. For some reason, you consistently refuse to answer this question. Please communicate why you refuse to address this important issue. It’s very unsettling that you will not address the issue. Secondly, please address the evidence that the reason we turned off vitamin C production is that we evolved a superior mechanism to recycle it. All animals who lost the ability to make vitamin C also have the Glut-1 transporter. Recycling vitamin C is more efficient than making vitamin C from scratch like other animals do. research paper: Glut-1 explains the evolutionary advantage of the loss of endogenous vitamin-C synthesis: The electron transfer hypothesis video: Felix Harder: Do Humans Need More Vitamin C Because We Can’t Make It? 2024-01-18

@@HarrisPilton789 Thanks, I checked it out. It is not really clear if it is safe. The mayo clinic and healthline say there can be toxicity from the supplements only but not from direct sunlight. It looks like it is hard to find the truth
