I spent the last 10 months as a super commuter. My commute was from south jersey to NYC and back … totaling 6 hours. I did this three times a week and let’s just say I burnt out badly and quickly. I’ve experienced all of these symptoms and even then, it still required so much courage for me to leave without any plan other than to rest. Now let the healing and recovery journey begin 🥲

Oh man that sounds rough. Kudos on making the hard decision to prioritize your well-being. Difficult but well worth it.

I never knew lemongrass was for toxic people and i have been using it. What i have noticed is people who are offended by the smell are really the toxic people in my current workplace. I also noticed that since i started using this essential oil that my mindset is better🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

LOL But in fact, many do. But once you get the hang of the principles, you simply don't put it in 4 little boxes anymore. It just becomes your way of thinking. Try it!

Your routine sounds like you've been brainwashed by a gulag/cult. How about a video on being a happy morning person? How about having a social life? It seems like your life hell and you've convinced yourself that's the price you're going to have to pay. I'm sorry. I hope you go in for deprogramming

Thank you so much for this. For years I’ve been attracted mostly to the Facebook platform. I felt that I can connect better with people there. I have been struggling and trying to almost force myself to do stuff on Instagram as well based on other peoples recommendations, but now after hearing, what you just shared. I totally understand why higher guidance was holding me back from doing much on Instagram once again thank you so much for being so honest and for sharing your values with us. ❤

Thank you. I so love your authenticity ❤ I’ve done 3 pages after reading Julia’s book, about 20 years ago, for a period of time. I can’t recall what made me stop. For the last few years, I’m doing a brain dump in the morning, but only one small page in a little notebook. I do it as a part of my Miracle Morning routine and I like it very much because like we empty our bowel in the morning I believe we do need to empty our brain as well😊 however, after watching your video I am realizing that I probably need to stop this kind of brain dump and start using your method because I’m looping around for some time and I need something that will help me with forward motion. So I’m going to give it a try for a period of time and I’m sure it’s gonna go great. Many thanks beautiful Tara 🙏❤️

I like the clean look. For someone who is not tech savvy. I am with Wix. Kajabi looks clean for basic .. I dislike... 5 to 6 integrations. Even with courses, I like it easy. I will keep the other in mind. Oh heck no on urgency. Pressure, nope.

This is ok for smell alone but the compounds of the oils can be degraded by high heats so it's best to avoid when possible.

Thank Tara. We currently use Kajabi but have been considering other platforms. Is there a reason why you didn't use Thrivecart's platform, Learn?
@TaraWagnerАй бұрын
I think Learn could be a great option for some courses but it's also pretty basic, so you might overgrow it sooner. I would base the decision on your course material and what features would help your learners most. TC might cover everything you need and it might not.

Sadly, yes. I think we're hitting critical mass in how much stimulus our brains can manage and our culture is quickly outpacing our personal bandwidth.

That was amazin👏literally all the listed happened to me and so at the time i was unaware. I decided to leave my specialty career and literally become a Personal Assistant in a legal company because i thought that would reduce the symptoms whilst working on my 2 side hustle. Btw not having a social or activity lifestyle. Then after 3 years my body shut down, work told me im struggling and had to let me go. I got to a point of not being able to write emails, my boss read it to me and ir didnt make sense and she was just confused. The company tried to put me in another role but i took the departure. It was so hard becasue my homw life was not the best. 5yrs on i have just now got my head to calm down at night. Im so warey on my next job but im looking forward to it.

This was SO useful for me. I'm an expat who has spent more than 20+ years outside of my home country, and was stuck between the choice to keep living the expat life or go back home to be closer to my family and friends. Doing the board exercise and listing values, goals, options and needs was really insightful. To see it all written down especially helps. It also helped me to think a little outside the box, that there isn't just option A & option B but maybe other options. Overall it helped me a lot in my decision process so thank you very much for sharing. Just discovered your channel and love your energy!

Really valuable advice Tara, I appreciate it. Just working through Workbook at stage 1, its already helped me to focus enormously. I think it was helpful you said you might feel icky, finding a niche. I did feel initially well my services are for everyone essentially, I want to go high end but felt bad about excluding those that cannot afford it but it is a great idea to start in a corner, my corner, then I can expand to include those who cant afford it at a later date and include different price strategies. Thank you. Peace & Love

I'm so glad this is encouraging you! And I hope you find the health team to help you breakthrough this barrier soon. If it's any extra encouragement, my health has come SUCH a long way since making this video. I'm feeling healthier and stronger than I have in *decades* thanks to my own breakthroughs. Don't give up. It took me a lot trial and error, advocating for myself, and finding health care providers who believed in my ability to recover to get to this point but it's been worth every effort! You got this! xo

I tried today for the 1st time. I didn't finish my A5. Someone was ringing the doorbell and it was really annoying me. But it was a tight rule A5 so I guess in a normal ruled A5 book I would have finished it. Half of what I wrote was complaints about the exercise and that my hand hurt from writing nonstop. Looking at my handwriting I don't know if I was writing too fast or if it was just because I could barely see the page with how sleepy I was. This seems like a really big waste to me. I'm already used to write with no filters because it's for me and no one else. So what do I have to gain from this?
@TaraWagner2 ай бұрын
I will say it is often worth it to stick it out for a few weeks before judging. It def took me that long to get to the meat of it and find it often takes at least that long for others. If at that point, it's not serving you, at least you'll know for certain.
