That's what I pretend to do in my humble 2.0 non turbo. Still has a quiet rumble when she is wound up all the way though.

Man that thing screams and your shifting is better than you think.

Your shifts are fast enough man, no worries. You should however use less muscle, try shifting with your hand flat and open, to practice quick gentle shifts and just to protect your gearbox. Man what a monster car though, wild stuff, I can sense front wheel slip in the video, big power and sounds awesome :)

Subaru installs turbo silencers on the passenger side fender, remove this turbo silencer and you’ll hear a lot more turbo

Do a nice clean clutch Bleed, quick and easy and makes all the difference in the world. Then preload your gears, just before you're about to push in the clutch, apply a slight slight pressure in the direction of the next gear. Then as you push in the clutch the shifter and linkage will pop straight into the next gear. Remember to be gentle and that the rev range of the engine will be a lot faster so be smoother and gentler on the clutch as well as the accelerator💪🏼 Clutch Bleed Trust Me

Bought the same dump pipe for mine as it’s same model and year, only issue was mine can’t fit due to my forester being a right hand drive, meaning the steering linkage blocks the ability to fit this upsized dump. Truely gutting. Can’t be done on the right hand drive models, there’s a seperate company that understood this issue here in nz, and they make a slightly smalller version of the pipe, but god damn it sounds no where near as good :(

You need the short shift kit. You're losing alot of time with the amount of extra movement you do with the standard shift assy. It can mean the difference between winning and losing a race.

Is it suppose to hold pressure once you turn off air supply? I read that’s it’s suppose to drop 1psi/sec but mine sounds like everything goes into the intake manifold or valve area and escapes almost instantly. Do I have to put motor at top dead center?

I wish Subie would put a 2.0T or 2.4T in the 6spd Crosstrek. A 2.0S would be neat for offroading, but MPG would likely tank. 4Low would be better, but then the low plastic bumpers would have to go.

Beautiful mate. I have the same interior in my sg xt. The car has done around 100kmiles, runs smooth lots of power. I am experiencing a lurching effect on boost that i am now sure about. It is not too obvious but when you put your foot down it goes in chunks. Would love it to sound like that. what have you done in the way of mods to achieve this.

I’m guessing that you love the sound of the clutch pedal when pressed while slow shifting. It’s something that persists over time. You are not battling that.
