So, I was all excited to fix my Nutribullet, took it apart, and cleaned up all the gunk. Got it all put back together and now it has no power at all. Any ideas of what I could have done wrong? It had power before, it just didn't spin...now, nothing.

I used silicone grease to lube springs and plastic parts. wont effect or hurt palstic. Plumbing silicone is fine they sell small tubes of it.

I drilled a hole in the Center of the top panel of my Masterbuilt and hung a hook on the inside with a couple of nuts and a washer. I then bought two meat hangers and hung a 15 pound brisket and it smoked beautifully.

If you put the new bearings in the freezer for an hour and get them real cold, they shrink enough to make them go back in a lot easier.

Good video. The backup pump is a great idea. In areas where freezing weather is an issue, care should be taken that standing water in the pipes does not occur.

@@thehandyoutdoorsman9014 hey like i said great job bro i only found the video because i was thinking of doing the same my frames still good too but after watch the video i don't really see a benefit of keeping the metal frame it doesn't seem to add anything accept the hassle of building around it. it gives a you a starting off point i guess and mabey we a different method that doesn't involve sliding it through holes in the wood or notching . your frame is now like 75% new wood.

Don't drive the inner bearing in too far. Mine seized up on the bearing spacer and I could not hammer out the new bearing with the spacer wedged in the way it was. I am used to bearings stopping when they reach a retaining lip but this inner bearing just keeps going in. My guess is you leave the spacer a little loose in there and then it will fully tighten up AFTER you reinstall the drum and tighten the bolt holding the spindle on. Also, that collar that goes over the drum shaft has a rubber gasket on the underside. Mine was torn up when I removed it and I had to order it. Keep this in mind if you are wanting to do the job in one day, you will want to make sure you have that as well as your bearing and seal kit.

I like your idea of the angle iron between the 2 light brackets. I'm considering adding an implement LED light circuit to the harness coming from the light switch in the dash so whenever I have the front lights on, I have the ability to activate the implement light via a second switch. I chose the dash light switch as the power source so that I don't accidentally leave the light on killing the battery. I'm also considering placing a small toolbox onto that angle iron to keep me losing my implement pins (which I'm doing constantly). I'm placing the flasher and it's switch under the dash as well. This is a good idea.

very helpful but my problem was different. During operation the 1/4"? threaded plastic cylinder that held one of the two switches twisted off rather than glue it back, I bought a longer screw (1/2") and drilled into the mounting plate to which the threaded plastic cylinder had been attached. I tightened it so much that is bowed the plastic member (two screws held it and in the center was the cylindrical extension of the white teflon? switch activator ie when you push down on the mixer vessel it pushes on the white teflon member and moves the switch to start the mixer motor), anyway, unit now operational so no need to discard. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ppOjlJBnvtvXe2g.html

Thanks for the really helpful video, step by step. This is a really tough job but my husband did it and now our machine is quiet. It would be helpful to have the steps go through all the putting it back together process. Some of the reassembling is tricky too. Our bearings came out with great difficulty. Penetrating oil was helpful.

Thank you for posting this! Our Nutribullet stopped working and was ready to buy a new one - didn't even occur to me to look at those levers. FYI - Didn't even have to pour the water to solve the problem - I started by taking a small knife with a sharp edge and carefully cleaned out dried food/buildup from each of the edges of each lever. Took about 10 minutes max. WORKS PERFECTLY now! In my case it was an easy hack but wouldn't have thought of it without your video.

I bought a brand new John Deere X370 this season with the 44" snowblower attachment. I have a total of 15 hours on it, and the snowblower's drive belt sheared off (John Deere Part No. M174506; 78" in length). Had I known ahead of time what a poor design this is to change a simple belt, I would have literally considered purchasing a different brand.

Appreciate the video as I am about to do my bearings. One thing I disagree with you on is the fact you split the internal seal. IMO, you insert the seal as one unit, lube the land where the seal rides on the shaft and install the inner drum that way. In case your seal sits slightly different from the original, you could get a leak past that seal. One tip, you could have put the bolt back into the shaft to save the end from mushrooming when you pounded it out
