At what point during the pregnancy should I start doing this? I am currently 29 weeks pregnant with no complications. Is it okay to start now or is it too early?

Thanks for the stretches! Very helpful for the upper body especially. Some of the folds were hard for me (week 37 so my belly got in the way), but I definitely feel the space made after!

I'm 32 weeks still early but baby is breached. My doctor think my fibroid is preventing her from turning. Anything you or anyone in my area of Last Vegas you can recommend ? Thank you.

@@m2543 no she never turned. I had a C Section 9/1. Everything went well it was a safe delivery and my baby girl is healthy. My doctor discussed removing the fibroid 6 months after birth. He gave me the option of myomectomy or an Embolization. Not sure which one I'll do yet. Hope everything goes well.

I normally love Haumea classes, but 60 pushups and 6 minutes of planks in one class is way too much. It's just not a balanced workout and it's a great way to injure the already injury-prone shoulder. How about switching to crunches for birthdays? It's still challenging but not hard on a fragile joint.

How soon after doing this move will baby spin to be head down? Does it happen immediately while in the inversion, after in the lengthening position, or at any point in the day after doing the inversion?

@@tiffanytaylor5272 I was told any of the above is possible. While I tried inversions, it didn’t work for me. My babe was breech the entire third trimester and I delivered via c-section. Her head circumference was off the charts and I was extremely grateful I didn’t have to try to push it out of my vagina! I firmly believed that if she wasn’t heads down it was for a reason. @@haumeayogafitness I'm sorry, but the strain you're going to put on your knees is going to become a problem. You may want to broaden your consultation to a few other physical therapy institutions and ask their opinion. It is very well known you should never allow your knees to surpass your toes when performing the squat.

The thought of a forced c-section is making me have bad anxiety. I’ve had 2 successful VB ACS both babies being 10+ pounds
