Probably 1.5 hrs the most annoying bolt is the one at the bottom of the manifold you have to get underneath the vehicle

Hey...great video. I know this was i while ago, but i was wondering if there was a way to just change to top part of the pump (the electrical connector)? I saw a diagram of it just screwing in ?? It is all that is broken on it. Broke it trying to change a coolant line behind engine.

I'm not sure, it doesn't looks as though it's serviceable.

@1:00 mark, behind the EGR valve what is that part called that is attached to the frame and has 2 electrical connectors and 2 maybe vac hoses? My brother was working on his Mazda and one of the hoses came off but it broke off the main piece that is attached to the car and now we have a leak. I have no idea what it is called to even try and order a new one. Any ideas?

I just had the oil cooler replaced, would have been the time to change the spark plugs, but of course the mechanic didn't tell me that, so now I get to pay for all of that labor again. He broke the end of the fuel rail disconnecting the fuel line last time, which caused it to be in the shop for a week, waiting on parts, he didn't charge me for any of that, and accidents happen, but dang, I wish that I had known, I just started noticing that it was running a little rough at stop lights.

Past me: "I'll change my cabin air filter - it's *never a complete pain the balls." Day 73: "Today, with enough reverse engineering, I've come to the logical conclusion that Mazda started the design of this car model with the cabin air filter as the keystone and built the rest of the car around this beautifully, logically, and most especially - deepest - engineering component." 😐 Well done, Mazda. Masterful engineering for a commonly replaced part.

@mechdjango3490Ай бұрын
Every vehicle and situation is different as not every fault is due to a spark plug AND coil. I would however, if possible replace the rear coil packs in order to avoid doing the job all over since the from ones are easily accessible.

I am getting p228c intermittently after installing a nostrum hpfp. Would this indicate the sensor is bad? My fuel trims are cranked up. I have one of the best tuners for the ltg motors so I know thats not the issue. Is there anything else it could be besides a bad sensor, or possibly the nostrum pump is defective?
