If I lived there I'd buy a top loading freezer and a few folding chairs to take to the pool. Easy fix.

A bit isolated for a single guy. Most want to be in the middle of the city including me. That flat would be great for those that prefer quieter areas which that will be when the builders finish. 👍

Not bad actually. Spacious enough for one person for sure but still enough room even for a couple. The new appliances are a plus ! I kinda wished the motorcycle ride was a little longer though :) Thanks for the video and take care Kevin !

Great to have you two back in business again. This looks like a fine 1 person efficiency apartment. Pluses are everything's new, close to all needed things for shopping & fun, a kitchen for one person who cooks often & a big bed for the sleepover GF. Cramped for 2 or having people over, the pool needs cleaning and I don't think I can fit on the toilet as it's so close to the shower glass pane. Any bills covered with rent?

I think the locals renting out in Valencia have grasped that USA got crazy expensive, and up their prices accordingly. Better to create a new expat area somewhere else.

I really like this place! It's just big enough for me and I really like the gas stove & oven--those are rarely present. I'd add a few things and a standing fan to blow cool A/C air from the bedroom into the living area. Where does one park their scooter? Can one get transportation from here (i.e. call a trike)? I could see using this place as my "base" location as I travel around throughout the Philippines, especially with a negotiated 1-yr lease. Comment: when you are checking out units that are upstairs, you should check the water pressure (turn on the kitchen sink faucet to full). Sometimes these upstairs units have low water pressure.

Does anyone know why they always have the wall cabinets so high above the countertops? In the USA it is usually 18” distance especially since people are usually on the shorter side over there.

That is a good price. Pretty darn good for new and ac and possibly the pool. ;) im statlrting in davao but having 2nd thoughts. Is this rental only long term though? Duma seems to be a bit cheaper than davao. I will be there at the end of November.

It's a nice apartment, but because it is small, the furniture is a bit squeezed together. Did you try to sit at that table with your wife? How did you squeeze yourself in there? I like the bathroom and the fact that there is access to a pool. I think the price is OK for what you get.

My first comment ever on anyone's channel. Jenna did a rental tour while you were in US she did a great job! get her more involved in the videos, would be good for both your channels. I enjoy your videos but it seems almost rude that she is there and appears to be trying to be involved and is hardly mentioned.
