Watching this captivating video stirs up painful memories of the recent end of my 4 year relationship. My beloved partner chose to depart , leaving me with an unyielding ache. Despite my relentless efforts to reconcile, I find myself grappling with frustration and an inability to envision a future without her. Despite attempts to purge her from my mind, I remain haunted by her absence , feeling compelled to express my longing here .

The best way to do this is continue on with your life and continue with abundance. She is an Ex for a reason. Rarely do relationships work a second time. Look at the numbers for divorce by the times married.

People normally hate this kind of advice, but it works! The idea behind it is not the assurance to get her back ,but since that's what you wish ( I couldn't deny it), you use your urge to get her back as your future award, mine was her for 3 months mixed with urge and anger/revenge, after I improved a lot physically and mentally, I'm now not so sure if I would like to have her back. And maybe you really get her back, it's a win-win situation, take a time think about it with an open mind.

Yes, exactly. Most of the time when you do the work and become and feel better about yourself. You have a new lens and sometimes what you thought you wanted isn't what you want at the end of the day. :-)

The problem is that she is seeing other people, and there is 1000% chance that she is also being intimate with someone else during that break up. It is not worth my energy.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I don’t know why I’m saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

Apollonia, I have a female co- worker who spends a lot of time with at work. We don't see each other outside work. We talk about casual things, silky things, and personal things. We sometimes meet or go to 'secluded ' areas and talk. We even take walks together on our breaks. Just talking. We also hang out at each other's post on our breaks. Recently I took some vacation time. I wanted to exchange numbers, but I chickened out of asking her, so I placed a note on her radio just telling her if she wanted to call me, she could. She never did. I wish I hadn't done so. I guess she thought I wanted to start a relationship or something. I like her company and just wanted to talk sometime. Maybe she didn't want to communicate outside of work? Why do you think she didn't call me?

So we’ve been broken up for about 4 months now. We haven’t seen each other since April and last time we spoke/texted was in June. And the convo was really 1 sided. I miss her and her son (once was my step-son) every single day. I’ve the last 5 or so times we did speak I was the one who reached out, so I already put it in my head that the last time I texted her was gonna be the last time I texted/reached out first. Now it’s been a month and haven’t heard anything. I miss everything about her and my heart aches everyday for them. I’ve been working out, journaling, reading, church, therapist, stacking my money, etc…all that good stuff but still not happy. Being in this apartment alone everyday just emphasizes my loneliness and her absence. Keep in mind the reasoning for her feelings like we needed to part ways was because of my relationship with her son (I could have handled things differently). So now, I’m in this space where ima keep building myself up and getting better but I’m not gonna lie and say I’m doing all this for me because I want us forward together and stronger as a unit. So any advice should I reach out again or give it some more time ?

A month ago my ex broke up with me i loved her unconditionally and still do, i respected her decision for breaking up with me but after 2 weeks she started playing the victim card out of nowhere as if i was the one who never gave her any attention or never cared for her and i told her to be responsible for your actions instead of blaming me cause people won't take bad actions if they are not in a bad situation or stress, I have realised my mistakes and she told me too that i didn't do anything for myself and i know that and i will work on it no matter what but the problem is that I lost all respect for her that i had in me because she told me she wanted to focus on her career but here she is dating another guy hopefully turning out to be her dream man even though i also know she thinks she's in love but I think she is using another guy to move on from me and i feel really bad for it

Do you have any videos on marriage breaking up where kids are involved, and how to deal with that? I was with my partner 14 years and we've recently split, maybe for good. I was difficult to live with and have started to improve myself, but really don't know how I should be acting if reattracting her is my priority.
@LastEarBender
@LastEarBender Ай бұрын
If you don't mind outsider input, I'd focus on being the best father and the best man that you can be. Early on, when it comes to interacting with her, always put the kids first and just be polite (not mechanical, but in a kind, just not simp sort of way). I think it needs to be clear to her that you are focused on yourself (in a very healthy way) and your children. From there, if you're able to be on somewhat friendly terms - perhaps when it's your time with the kids and you want to take them somewhere (the zoo for instance), maybe invite her along without any pressure. I say this as an idiot, who accidentally did those things without wanting to get back together and she then decided that she'd wanted to. I was just too immature and selfish to pursue that path at the time.

@@LastEarBender thanks very much for this. My situation is weird because we went straight into doing stuff like that, I met her for a meal yesterday where she discussed that she was leaning towards the seperation being final and we have something planned together in August as well as two days out with the kids, but I honestly believe that these are no more than an effort to keep things sweet during the school holidays. I had to move out and into my mam and dad's house who both gave cancer, and my dad also required a hip replacement, and she even admit that she's enjoying the new found freedom she has. I just feel like it's over and I need to get my head around that. I really appreciate you messaging
@LastEarBender
@LastEarBender Ай бұрын
@Peter-mo3pr damn - that's a tough situation. Keep working on being the best version of yourself & keep on being a great father & a great son to your parents. You have a lot going on and hopefully, that at least may help you to keep your focus on those things, which are all extremely important. Maybe do fewer family outings with her if you feel like you need to insulate yourself. Don't count on this, but it's also possible that when she sees a bit less of you & has the freedoms that she is enjoying, she will feel free to miss you and to choose you. I wish you the best, amigo. Stay strong, keep your close friends close & don't allow yourself to drown your sorrows (one of the many mistakes I've made).

@@LastEarBender honestly I really appreciate the message dude, I hope nothing but the best for you. It's nice to have someone respond in a respectful and constructive manner. I plan on slowly easing back on all of the family outing type stuff, I believe after the summer holidays it would stop anyway. I'll continue to be the best dad I can be and try improve on myself as I've let myself down bif time the past 2 years due to an illness, I'm getting there now though. Best wishes dude 🙏

Question, my ex of 20yrs left because of the fact she said we got to comfortable with each other and wasn't evolving. She wanted to get married and co habitat ,but i was always working on getting things perfect. Ill admit that I was raised to be a provider and hold feelings in. She left 2 months ago and when she left i started doing everything she has asked me to do over the years. Like fixing up the house and upgrading her engagement 💍. Sometimes she seems like she wants to come back then she says she needs to find her self. Im at a loss she says that its not fair that now im giving her what she wants now that she left. I said that I am acting like this because she actually left. Is there any chance of me getting her back. When I go no contact she goes into panic mode and calls the entire circle then gets mad but she doesn't answer my calls when I call sometimes. I need clarity thanks and sorry for the ranting

Hello me and my ex split up a month ago but we still will be living together for another 5 months . We aren’t arguing or anything but never was that type of couple in the 3 and half years . We are still attracted to one another . We still do things together but are trying to set boundaries becUse she says it’s not the normal thing. And we do find our selfs flirting alittle although she started talking to someone to put herself out there. This is a girl on girl relationship ship by the way and I want her back . How do I go about winning her back ?
