@@joepadgett6683 I think it's more than just "being the next HBK" or being a "bad" promo. Guys like Reigns or Lesnar are way worse promos and get huge pushes. Roman gets his because he is big in India and Lesnar because of his look and his UFC name. Morrison has a great marketable look, I'd say he has a better look than Reigns. He is not a short skinny guy, he is barely smaller in width than Cena and has the rockstar look to a tee. Plus, he has the athletic skills that put AJ Styles over too. His promos are so-so but if Vince REALLY wanted to put his weight behind Morrison, he would (remember he constantly pushed Reigns in the ME for 5 years despite his lack of promo skills and the repulsion of most fans). I think what it comes down to the reason of why Morrison is not backed by WWE management is seen in the Tough Enough scenes where Kevin Dunn talks about him: he says he is just "a flippy guy that wants to get famous". In other words, Morrison is only in it for the fame and wants to use the WWE ME as a springboard to Hollywood or such (like The Rock in a sense). I'm not saying that's true, but in that regard he is seen as the opposite of Reigns (a homegrown talent with family roots in the company thus all the loyalty in the world for the company, similar to how Orton's seen too). Morrison already demonstrated in the indies, Impact and Mexico that he is serious about pro-wrestling, but of course WWE management couldn't care less, they are stubborn and they still see him that way thus he will never get pushed. I'd guess that's how they see Ziggler too, because he also had the potential to be huge.

Pretty sure it's on youtube. Basically, Michaels and Hart have a pretty standard match (standard by their means, anyway, not in the sense of "it was okay"). The spot was apparently Michaels was going to get Hart into the sharpshooter and Bulldog/Owen were to run out to cause a DQ. As soon as Michaels got the hold in, Vince yells out to ring the bell and that's when hell broke loose. The last thing we saw on TV was Bret spitting at Vince and signing WCW's initials in the air. Looking back now, it's a mess. Watching it in real time, it was confusing.

It's well know that wwe was planning to do one, that was one of the reasons why Bret decided to work things out with the wwe - he didn't want his legacy ruined with a dvd like Warrior got. Many wrestlers have talked about doing interviews for it. wwe has no issue slamming former talent if they can make money off of it.
