Hey Maddie! What would you classify as much more intense?? Maybe you could make a Playlist with the workouts you think are realllly intense? 😊 😊 Absolutely love your workouts!! And my mom is loving them too! We've gotten Sooo fit during lockdown! Love from South Africa! 🥰

So, around a month ago I was doing some hardcore exercises and when I finished my routine I felt a terrible back pain that lasted about 3 days and after that I was scared of doing exercises, but now I'm finally back, this time I'll take it slow and this routine it's perfect to start. Wish me luck guys and of course stay safe and healthy 😊

Hey i know Maddie said this in a few of her workouts, but it really helps if you try to press your lower back into the floor, and avoid arching it whenever possible. I hope this helped :)

@Paweł Adamowski Or maybe a mistake, a mean spirited person, someone that is any size that doesn't like the workout. The assumption that it is someone that is fat and eating a burger is why we have body shaming in the 1st place. Your comment is more negative that that Thumbs down will ever be. I would hope on your heart you can see just how negative that comment is because no one needs to be so hurtful.

I’ve done this one a few times. Probably my favorite ab exercise because it keeps it slow & easy so I can focus on engaging my core & I don’t end up accidentally cheating. Thanks for a challenging but accessible workout!

This was perfect- I didn't realize how weak my lower abs were until I tried the intense lower abs video- barely made it through. I definitely needed something a little less intense for lower abs and this was great. Thank you!

I really love how these workouts teach me about keeping my form, its not just about throwing the workout at me but teaching me to do the exercises properly too. It makes such a huge difference and it definitely makes these workouts 100% more effective for me than they would be otherwise 💙

Beginner Comment! Coming off a back fracture injury wake boarding 10 months ago and abs are the hardest yet most important for me! This workout was great to engage my lower abs that have been sleeping for months! As a physical therapist I love how you give the importance of form and ENGAGING the muscles over intensity! Great workout! Thank you!

I really appreciate your workouts! I’m a 51 year old chick and have issues that make it difficult for me to do HIIT. Your zero to low impact with zero weights have been a life saver. I had nearly given up on ever being able to workout again. This core workout was just perfect for a newbie. Keep them coming.

Been resting for almost 4months due to my mom’s illness. Not being able to workout because after work I will take care of her. She was having a colon cancer stage 4. Sad to say, she passed away last June 4. 😢 In order for me to cope with the loss, I am here again watching madfit’s lower ab workout and planning to start it by tomorrow. ❤️ already downloaded this one. My body changes so much due to stress, sleepless nights and having no appetite at all. Been struggling again with my lower belly fat. I’m already a mom of my 4 year old son. Can’t wait to gain back my form. ❤️ this workout helps me in the past and I’m waiting for the great result again. ❤️ goodluck and best wishes to those who do this workout especially those mom’s like me. ❤️❤️😡

I am so in love with your workouts, some mornings when I feel lost I will put one on so I at least feel like I have done something then I end up doing 2 or 3 more every time because they are so straightforward, unique and motivating. The creativity that goes into your workouts always makes for combinations of exercises that really make your body feel worked in the best way! Xx

Feedback: as a person who casually does workout, this is not really a ‘beginner’ exercise per say, but a medium one, which will mislead the right expectations from the viewer, making the viewer feel bad with not fully following the whole exercise by expecting its an easy one. Especially it requires lots of strength and some difficult positions. Suggestion: create a middle level in between of beginner and intense!

Hey! That was perfect for me. No neck pulling! All lower abs. Using legs as leverage im from the UK 🇬🇧 been training for years never done just lower abs exercise but yours is perfect!!!!!! Will follow you religiously 👌🏾

Im 115 lbs 5'6 and this workout absolutely killed me. Just goes to show that weight does not necessarily relate to being healthy/strong/fit. I may be skinny in societies standards but I'm far from being in shape. Thanks for the video! Going to keep working on my core

This was great for me. I have locked iliosacral joint issues...most core & abs stuff triggers it to lock my back up. This was hard for me, but in a good way. I never felt like my sacrum was going to trigger & lock up my back. Thanks for posting this. This is first time I feel normal again. I will definitely do this again. I was told you can work abs every day so I am hoping I can do this every day and eventually get strong enough again to do more advanced level stuff.

Perfect level of intensity .. I am out of shape and have been trying the last few weeks to incorporate some abs into my workouts and and just haven’t been able to come up with a doable workout .. I’ve been looking for a GOOD modified and workout to get me going and this was IT

I've did this exercise like a month and yeah, i lost about 3 inch for my lower belly. I dont have any strict diet, just lower (is it the right word?) the portion of my food as our country cuisine use a lot of cooking oil (not olive oil) & i'm used to eat a lot because my mood gonna swing if i'm getting hungry hahaha. And also i did it like everyday. To be honest, my body was shaking when i did it for the first time but it's getting better day by day. Ha and before i forget, i did Maddeline's one direction workout too (everyday, bcs i'm a hard directioner). Good luck everybody. Make sure our intention is to be healthy, if we are getting skinny, yass it's a bonus (just take it okay haha). Thanks MadFit :)

I always struggle with actually engaging my core, especially lower abs, but wow I felt ALL of these. That literally never happens when I do workout videos!

I found it nice because I have trouble finding abs that don't hurt my lower back. here the fact that you go slowly helps me to focus and therefore not hurt my lower back. I could have done 5 to 10 more minutes. Thanks.

Enjoyed this one. I do it with ankle weights so it’s still pretty intense. The one thing I’d like you to add is how we should be breathing...when we breathe in/out. Thanks for your workouts x

Well Maddie, I am not exactly a beginner, but I have, sadly, neglected my abs. So I have to tell you that this workout pretty much destroyed me. I love that you place some less intense moves in there to give a working "rest." Thank you again for helping me (us) keep fit. God bless.

Im dutch. I do reaction in dutch. Ik doe de laatste jaren soms een workout op dit kanaal. Omdat ik dat fijn vind inplaats van naar een sportschool te gaan. En ik heb soms dat ik een oefening moeilijk vind voor mezelf en dan kijk ik snel of die oefening kan maar dan wat anders. Nou heb ik wel eens als ik ga kijken welke workout ik wil doen dan staat er beginner. En dan zie ik een paar oefeningen dan denk ik dit is niet beginner maar moeilijker dan beginner. Want bijvoorbeeld je benen en voeten in een rechte lijn omhoog dat vind ik iets wat moeilijk is ik kom niet helemaal tot boven. Het is langzamer de oefeningen. Maar misschien een tip om te kijken als je een beginner video maakt om makkelijke dingen erin te doen en niet te moeilijk. Maar verder zijn jou workout fijn om te doen en na een workout heb ik toch beweging gehad.

Loved this! I started included running in my exercise routine and understand the importance of strong abs (protect the back) but it's def part of my training I've ignored before...glad you have beginner levels, Maddie! This will make my ab journey a bit more painless :)

Love this instructor and her workouts. Perfect amount of guidance, enough to instruct and motivate but not loud or intrusive with too much talking. Perfect balance. Awesome workouts that push but don’t kill! Thank you!

I loved this one , and I have been doing your workouts, and all the abs workouts past 2 months . So, beginner, or anyone who's just wanting to get into lower abs this is great ! Just shouting out, a HUGE thank you for doing MadFit ! It's changing me, i'm in my 60's , had 2 kids plus, abdominal surgery but - hey ! I'm getting such change in my body, especially my abs !! I'm super excited, you are the best, thank you so much !

i'm not a beginner, but this workout is perfect, my abs are burning! the moves aren't so advanced, so it's easier to really focus and engage the lower abs.

just came from finishing 2 weeks of her "Six Pack Abs" workout (highly recommend to strengthen core!!) & this one isn't as intense, but I can feel the difference in which area is targeted. I have a small lil pouch in the lower ab area so will be incorporating this workout into my routine to hopefully slim this part up 💪

@@Alissa-be3op I understand, but I'm using this workout to strengthen my lower ab area, as it targets these muscle groups, & incorporating it into my new workout routine which is largely enhanced w cardio (as this is what I was lacking on prior to this week out of laziness :P) so even tho this workout won't slim up my lower abs on its own, it'll definitely help to make em stronger whilst losing overall fat thru a diet change & an increase in cardio ! ((: (I hope haha)

Hi Maddie, did this one for a week. So perfect for me, I can't wait to strongly finish one of your intense ab workouts soon, one of my goals! I'm 204 lbs starting, you are my morning routine now! As a former derby girl/ boxing background I trained literally everything except my core seriously so I have a goal of specifically building the core, as well as, losing weight. Just one comment, touching knees to elbows is difficult when you still have a fat belly as a beginner, can't wait to get there tho! Cheers good luck everyone else here ✌️✌️✌️💚💚💚

10/10 easy to follow, and definitely felt the lower ab for a beginner. I only suggest you start the timer when the viewer gets to see what you are doing so they have more time to do the workout. Overall though you did an amazing job at following through with the workout

This one is intense but really really great. I could feel my lower abs working hard!!! A little bit hard on the lower back for those who aren't much fit.... But you can take little rests if needed!

Loved this workout. I am a complete beginner after years of no abdominal workouts. This is the first one I feel like I could do several times a week as an intro and actually follow through. The exercises are so easy to follow.

This was really good and pretty intense i flopped a bit but I think the more I do this the less I will mess up continue to make these helpful videos can’t wait for the next one I am always ready to do one of your workouts you have helped me gain lots. keep it up and never stop being who you are bye!!!!

i cant do any of the exercises that depend on you thrusting upwards on the strength of your lower abs. Gives me a goal to work towards. thank you!

Omg I did the whole thing!Yes!My infant is 8 months and I had major issues wi th my legs giving out and going numb.I feel like this is really going to help me get back to where I was before.Thank you

Hello Maddie, i have been trying to find a beginner lower abs workout but most videos on youtube difficulty level is very high and if there is no stability in workout their would be no gains, but your workout i believe in perfect for lower abs strenght and stability. Thankyou

LOVE THIS! I've been very hesitant to try ab exercises because of a persistent sore neck, but no sore neck after doing this workout. Definitely going to do this -- along with the 15 minute dance workout -- every other day! THANK YOU!
