I have done this workout daily for 2 months, mainly to help with sciatica like dull pain on back of my thighs I've had for most of my life. The workout immed. helped with this & as a bonus my rear end is so much firmer (and the backs of my legs look better). Anyway, I love the format of your workout and the exercises (your manner of delivery is very calming. I always feel calmer and more in control afterwards). It's been really easy to incorporate into my daily life. Thanks so much!

Same with me, sciatica is awful and by doing these exercises 4-5 times a week, I get no pain.

i have been working out 5/7 days a week for about two years and i’ve done this everyday no matter what my split is and i have noticed major glute improvement. highly recommend

I've done workout with booty bands for a few months now. Never feel this enjoyable. I did every move with happiness and it finished so fast! Not just the workout video, I love Maddie's energy and smile! Thank you!

loved this I just bought some booty bands and have done a few of your other ones but I think this is my favourite especially because there were no repeats it really helped me get through the whole thing without thinking omg I have to do it all again! would love to see more like this :)

I've done this workout 2 times with 30s brake between rounds and... It's so damn gooooddddd!!! More band workouts please!!! They are ideal for autumn evenings, when you are too lazy to go out to the gym and - SERIOUSLY THEY WORK!!!

Thank you for improved sound quality and a great workout. If I may suggest something it is to make some of you future KZfaq workouts WITHOUT MUSIC!!! Yes i’m serious. I love your workouts and your voice but the music is kind of ‘to bum bum bum modern’ to me, and I would LOVE to be able to select my my own choise of Indie music to it. Maybe it can say in the title if the workout is without music so we can be prepared and have our music ready aside just like it works on the app. I love that! Thanks for today Maddie ☀️🇩🇰 And pls more work outs like this one :-)
