agree!! it takes me time to get the mind-muscle connection with my glutes. The slowness of the workout helped me focus on my glutes and on my form! AND i am still dripping sweat :) THANKS MADDIE

thought i didn’t feel this on my glutes while doing the exercises yesterday but god i woke up with my glutes being on fire, still aching!! so would definitely recommend it to everyone

I've been watching Maddie since the beginning of the pandemic and I'd been very consistent with working out, and I'd do it usually once a week! I never worked out that much in my life and this consistency was only thanks to Maddie's workouts and her channel! I worked out this regularly for a few months but then slowed down and eventually stopped alltogether. I did do her January challenge which I really loved! I basically haven't worked out since. When I worked out during the pandemic I loved how I felt my body more and I was really more in tune with everything going on in it! I really want to get back to working out regularly! Not to achieve a certain look or loose some weight but just to feel better in general. I think that working out helped my mental health quite a lot and I hope I'll get back to that point where I generally feel better. All of this is basically a reminder to myself to keep working out because I started the calender today and I feel so disconnected and out of shape. These workouts used to be quite easy for me but today it was really, really hard to get back to it. So I hope that in a few weeks I'll get back to this comment and see that I'm doing better and feeling more in sync with my body. Anyways, thank you Maddie for being such a great inspiration to move my body and for your incredible content! If anyone read all of this: I wish you all the best! No matter what you're going through, we'll be alright. 🖤

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzfaq.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Late to the party, but you can hold them at an angle. Maddie does it all the time when her weights are heavier and thus bigger.

Hi Maddie! I tried this yesterday and I know you’re always looking for feedback so here’s mine: this is honestly my new favorite lower body routine!! Hi, You Rock! I stared working out with your videos April of 2020 and still here with you. I appreciate the calm manner on your teaching. This was an awesome workout program. I started a little late in December, so I'm ending late. I think I'll do the whole thing again!!
