After months of really bad shoulder pain; not being able to get a massage or see a physio due to Covid; having had blood tests and taking painkillers, your video has improved comfort and mobility after the first go. It really helps that you're encouraging your viewers to make the workout their own, and regularly remind us that it's okay if we can't do it exactly like you (yet). I have some mental trauma relating to fitness/sports thanks to P.E. and bullying which can make exercise a very stressful experience, but I still want to help my body be as healthy as possible, and it's sooo refreshing to be spoken to in such a non-judgmental and encouraging way while trying new exercises!
