Just found you , loved today’s work out . Wondering if you can provide modified versions for knees that are healing ? Ie -when switching lunges in one set , I’m very unstable . I’m trying to do one leg at a time instead. Not sure if it’s the right way to adapt . My knees are strong enough to do stationary lunges , but not step back with switching legs
