This is a quick yoga stretch to help you relieve tension and discomfort in your lower back. All poses are done laying on the back and seated, so the yoga mat is not required, you can also practice on a carpet or towel.
Note: this video is not meant to treat any injuries or diseases that cause lower back pain but rather help to ease the general pain/discomfort in the lower back caused for example by sitting/exercising too much. If you are diagnosed with any condition that causes lower back pain, please consult your doctor as some of the poses/stretches can be counterproductive for a particular injury/disease.

I love your pace and verbal cues. It is especially nice because you don't talk too much, but I can do all of the poses without looking at the screen. Perfect.

Used as a stretch after a cardio+strength workout that included quite a lot of lower body work. This stretched the lower back + the glutes well. Thank you!

omg your voice is so soothing and soft. I don't feel hurried or pressue when I do yoga. What an amazing loweback sequence. I feel soooo much relief now. Also, nearly teared up from that release. I appreciate it!

I felt it way more in my thighs, but that may just be me not being flexible enough right now. Alot of Football/soccer has taken its torn. But I enjoyed the video and will try more to see if it improves
