WOW! I have to say you are the meditation guider "OF ALL" meditation guiders! I slipped off my breathing so many times and with the intervals that you gave to bring myself back to the moment. Just came, at the perfect time to acknowledge my breath! Thank you! Very much! A lesson into guided meditation and also about myself.

Very nice, and subscribed, and own his book..."Where ever you go, there you are"...For some, it is far more practical to dispense with the Eastern thought, religion, etc., and get directly to the meditation itself...a much more practical approach to decluttering the mind. Thanks. PS...ASMR is present, too, which aids this exercise.

Throughout the duration of the practice there was mind noise and body anxiety Could not find stillnes😮

Mindfulness has the beginning by four ways: the body, hurting, mind,and drama according to each preference. The aim justifies the means. The aim is Arya wisdom. Many traps along the way to the Middle Path such as samatha or vipasanukiles.If ,in the end, no Arya wisdom shines in by itself be sure it's not the right way.
