Just did this Sunday for active recovery after a 10 min core. Feel so much relaxed. Thank- u Amy!

Had to wimp out of a hard workout today a few minutes early because I was getting overheated - this has worked perfectly to cool me down and I’m feeling much more relaxed now, thank you! (And as a bonus, that wall stretch has really helped my right shoulder, which is always very stiff. I’ll be doing that again!)
