Thank you for this! I'm recovering from an upper respiratory bug, and had a hard time feeling motivated. But this is exactly the kind of practice that feels doable on days when you feel cruddy and/or overwhelmed. I already feel better.

Love❤ simple and really feels good. I pampered myself today and did 3 shorter ones, but effective. A couple brand new ones and actually, one from a few years back, a bloating and digestion one. I really liked it too. I usually do the newer one, which is pretty much daily. So it was nice to switch up. Both feel absolutely wonderful to do❤
