I've been doing ab exercises for years but after doing your ab workouts for a couple months I finally notice some actual definition in my abs! Thank you SO much for your content!!

hi guys!! i’m on day 5 of doing this workout for about a week. I’m gonna continue to track my progress here so like so i can comback 🎉❤ day 1 - 5: ✅ day 6: I got through the whole workout with no breaks , the sit ups r still kinda hard tho any tips on how to get up without grabbing my legs for support would be APPRECIATED LOL

I had the same! I started doing her Standing abs (5min) and Plank abs (5min) Video for 2 weeks and now I can finally do this workout without any neck pain 😍

If you do the same workout everyday, there will be no effect after a certain time - muscles need new stimuli 🤷🏼‍♀️

Try holding ur head with arm while having ur shoulders up or just put down head on floor without changing ur form
