Really appreciated that this ab workout had no leg movements! My hip flexors often take over my abs in certain exercises and they even act up sometimes during workouts from overuse as an athlete. This was a solid core burner!

@@dianaminzatu6898 sorry but not understanding your argument somehow.. it’s no secret that everyone’s build different -> workouts which are easy and uneffective for you may be hard and effective for someone else. Everyone needs to find out what is the right training for themselves.

I hate to be 'that person' but not everyone can have 6 pack- It's genetical thing- Some people can work really really hard for 6 pack but they can't have it becouse they have 4 packs or 2 packs cuz of the genetics- I am not hating on what you said and I know you didn't mean anything bad but I felt like I have to say this so people who can't have 6 packs don't think they are doing something wrong

I work with you since April , I have a great results without diet even. My body shape and muscles totally changed . Your exercises are the best…Your videos short and aimed. Finally always we need new exercises to lower abs and muffen tops . Please exercise inside we can focus more on your movements 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻You are the best

I started to follow your workout in April... And now... I lost 6 cm on my legs (I was 104 cm and now I'm 98!!), and I didn't take the misure of my waist in april, but now it's 65 cm!!! Thank you Mary 💖💖💖

I have weak abs, but a strong back, legs and hands-whenever I do any ab exercises, even though I can feel my core muscles engaged, they never really burned because my stronger muscles kept automatically compensating. This is the first workout that was able to target my abs sufficiently enough to give me that burn that was also reasonable for a beginner/

I've been looking for something for my mom to do, as we both want to workout, but she can't do the things I do because her foot is semi-paralyzed. it's hard to do much of anything with it, but I have a feeling this will work for the both of us, and not cause any problems to her foot.

DAY 1 : waist 73cm love handles/tummy 89cm hip 104cm (couldn't finish all the exercices, it's really hard I felt like I was about to faint at the end😭😭) DAY 2 : easier than yesterday let's gooo DAY 3 : ✅ DAY 4: ❌ DAY 5 : ✅ DAY 6 : ❌ 😭 DAY 7 : ❌ DAY 8 : ❌ DAY 9 : ❌

Yesterday I started running and jumping the rope, and because of that my legs are very really sore haha, so *TYSM for thissss* I pretty much think I would not be able to do a traditional ab workout with leg movements. Just trying to lay down on the floor for doing this got me laughing of pain😂 thx Mary!
