Here’s a variation of some of my favourite mobility exercise combined for the ideal all-rounder routine. 😍

🔥 The Perfect Daily Routine?
You may want to do a mobility routine like this every day. Wonder why?
The selection of exercises covers all big joints (spine, shoulders, hips) & their major movement patterns. 🦴
These are relatively easy to perform or can be modified for each individual. 🤸🏼‍♀️
They include multiple joints and/or movement patterns and are therefore a more efficient use of your time. ⏳
Disclaimer:
All of that being said - please be aware that there’s no such thing as a truly perfect „one size fits it all“ routine:
- we all have different prerequisites (anatomically/genetically)
- we all live different lives & jobs that influence our joints & muscles
- we are all in different stages of our movement / training journeys
- we need mobility for different things (e.g. specific sports)
..to name just a few.
But this is generally a great starting point. Any movement is better than none. 🤸🏼‍♀️ See you on the mat. 🔥

❤❤❤ Julia...I really love your mobility videos... Everyone on KZfaq who have mobility videos talk a lot and for me it's not suitable. You're are the only one who doesn't talk during mobility drills. That's why I request you if you can do 30 min hip mobility...if you can then please do it... Thank you...!!

Awesome transitional flows you have in this vid Julia! I did a one hour, full-body and slow mobility, routine yesterday-- and I thought that I knew pretty much all flow movements. Yet, you taught me a new one that feels fantastic! And it's the "Half Lunge T-Spine Circles". I play basketball 3 to 4 times per week, and this particular movement of yours keeps me agile on the court as I twist and turn while either in the act of making an off the bounce jump-shot or a dynamic layup. Much gratitude to you as I constantly remain open minded with learning about flexibility of all the major joints of our wonderous body. NOTE: Your sound track is super electically dope! That's my kind of tunz! I used Shazam to get the artist and track titles.

you should progress quicker if you throw in some lat & chest stretches :)) usually a limiting factor for t-spine mobility, especially when we're in the gym a lot!

I was so happy to wake up and have this great surprise. This week has been a mobility only week due to my back not being excited about my hip thrusts and Bulgarians last week. 🙄 This hit all the spots and so many of my favorite moves. Thank you so much. PS I also love your mat. We are twinning.

Hey! thanks for this.. Most of your videos are unique and nice, thanks for that as well.. If possible can u make a timetable or playlist out of ur own videos having a blend of shoulders, spine cool down etc what u feel is good Like a 4 to 6 week routine. It would be a best gift for us..
