In this 15 minute Dynamic ABS workout we will hit the abdominal from all the angle possible. We will be having 18x different movements in total. We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest between the movements.
Intensity Recommendation:
Advanced : 1x Round 15 minutes
