In this 15 minute Dynamic ABS workout we will hit the abdominal from all the angle possible. We will be having 18x different movements in total. We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest between the movements.
Intensity Recommendation:
Advanced : 1x Round 15 minutes
Die Hard : 2x Rounds 30 minutes

Another great workout Daniel. I just love that the moves that are used are just not the traditional ab moves but they are dynamic and with a twist. I liked that although there was a specific core focus there was a bit of cardio in this. Great job as always. See you at the next workout!!!
