I genuinely love your workouts it has helped me so much, after months I felt like myself again this past month and all thanks to you Sofie. I just have one smal request can you come up with a plan which incorporates longer workouts. Like everyday for 25-30 mins. Love from india❤

Hi Sophie, nice but why don’t you use a heavier dumbbell for these legs/glutes videos? At the gym you use heavier dumbbells, it’s not realistic + it’s not much resistance with a light dumbbell like that

It’s a completely different style of training, this is a continuous training session without rest so I pick a weight that is suited for it for me. The last part is crucial here, always pick a weight that is suited for you for the session you’re planning to do

Yes her speed was fairly slow. You can always increase intensity with more reps, more weight, faster speed, or intensify the contraction (mind-muscle connection). Slow speed with more contraction can be brutal. Good luck and have fun!

Doing a work out slower can cause the muscle to work harder, giving a more intense workout
