this is my first day. I loved it and I ached with it. I want to get stronger and enjoy doing it.. So many other vides are boring or too fast and don't have breaks, just so much I need to look forward to exercising. Exercising is not fun but you make it so I actually could like it and want to do it the next day.

Thank you so much for changing my life!!! I am 56 and have never really been a person who has worked out before. one month ago I needed to do something different for myself and wanted to feel good about my body. I found you and started doing different exercises and eating super healthy. To date from 8-15-2020 till 9-17-2020, I have lost 13 lbs and see a big difference in my body shape. You are amazing and I can't thank you enough for your workouts. I am 51 and at one time spent my days in the gym and loved to run. 7 years ago I developed a chronic nerve pain disease (CRPS) and so much of my life was stripped away from me. No more running and no more lifting weights. It's been a struggle and a long road finding workouts that I can do that won't cause flare ups for me and somebody that isn't annoying to listen to. Please don't stop posting these fabulous workouts. You are a blessing.

This was another great workout Schellea! I was able to keep up with you and amazed at how strong my arms are....but, I was so ready to put the weights down (but would have kept them up) when you said for the last two arm circle exercises put the weights aside...yeah!!! I got thru the whole 15 minutes....and went on to the 30 minute walk routine...ok, I'm ready for a great day! Hope your day is great too! Thank you for keeping us motivated...yes you do!!!

Yeeesssss!! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Love your workouts. They are simple but effective. I’m 46 and I have M.E. but I find I can manage these workouts. I’m so grateful as I know many with M.E. can’t exercise at all.

Thank you I will have to try this. I am a young Seventy. I walk an hour an a half. I try do it six days a week. I have fibromyalgia and I can't take the medicine. I am so thankful walking helps

Hi Schellea, thanks for the new exercise - I will definitely add this to my daily routine! Now that I do daily your 30 minute (fast) full body cardio, 15 min. ab floor exercise (the 14 day challenge one), 10 min. toned arm with dumbbells (the 14 day challenge one); and begin and wrap up the routines with the pre and post 5 min. stretches. I also use my dumbbells during the 30 min. cardio. I love that I sweat like a cow after the workout and feel good. My husband would join me in the 30 min cardio only. By the way, my dumbbells are two cans of Campbell Chicken Soups - Work fine for now!😁 Thanks Schell, for all the good tips you gave in your channel - I've incorporated many of the essential items you mentioned in my skincare and dietary regimes.... I'm so glad to have found you!🙏🙏💋❤

I love these :) I currently do your older videos of 5 mins toning arms, 5 mins toning legs and 5 mins abs (floor) every day back-to-back. I also do your knee pain workout 3 times a week and the all over workout (with walks in between) maybe twice a week . I'd love to see a full body workout that we can do 3 days a week that includes dumbbells for upper body, floor abs and legs that lasts 15-20 minutes without walking in between. Regardless, I love all your workouts and you inspire us all - thank you xx

I am 64 and like many other women (from the comments I've read below) I have never really been a 'workout person' either. I am a walker. I discovered you on KZfaq over a month ago and have ever since followed your videos. Got myself even some dumbbells. I'm exercising every day for at least half an hour (choosing from the wide arrange of exercises) and doing intermittent fasting. I have lost 3 kg, but far more important: I have gained balance, coordination, strength and feel good about myself. Thank you again (moltes gràcies).

Oh Wow thanks Schellea..I truly love doing my workouts with you at least 4 mornings a week.I took your advice to not use dumbbells every day.. I feel great & love choosing any of your videos it makes my day happier that I've achieved completing some exercises even at my own pace as I have COPD. I'm so happy I found this video and channel! I was looking to strengthen my upper back and I have really high hopes with this workout. Alot of workout cause me upper back pain. So far no pain but can feel the burn! Thank you so much!

Love this. Did it after the 8 minute abs workout, which I think I had not done before. 💐💐💐Schellea: Thank you, these are life- saving. Literally! All folks in here; I can say for sure, exercising daily reaffirms that nobody can take your crown. ( In my case, anymore!)👑👑👑❤️
