Rise and energize with this full body on the go class to stretch and strengthen your muscles. With a focus on breath and body awareness, you'll be guided through a creative, yet seamless flow that will leave you feeling incredible.
The class begins with a quick standing warm up of side bends and cat/cows, before moving into the main sequence which includes balancing warrior III, high lunge, humble warrior variation, warrior II, extended side angle variation, reverse triangle, triangle and high lunge twist.
The flow continues onto the floor with low lunge and reverse low lunge stretches, followed by plank and side plank to strengthen the core. Open the hips, chest and shoulders in wild thing, and release the low back with a seated twist. The sequence ends in pigeon pose to release tension in the hips and hip flexors. The final stretch is melting heart posture.

👍Good job. Not that other yoga instructors are bad, but she is literally in a different league. She knows the flow that keeps everyone, including beginners, concentrated and entertained at the same time. She is a pro for sure. 👏

This is really the best short creative yet challenging yoga video😊 I was shivering 😂but I really like there are alot of poses and u might get to know some hidden possibilities of ur body

That was good! I really liked the pose where you balance on your knee and shin with the opposite leg straight and toes tucked and you lift all the way up and back. Felt so good.

Jessica,I love this practice so much! It is so creative, calm, yet also challenging! I often have very low energy in the morning and this is just perfect to wake my mind and body up without strain. It’s my third time practicing with you and I am so grateful for this fresh start!
