Great routine! So many so-called Pilates videos now work on everything but the core and lower abs. This is exactly what your exercises do. Thank you great job!

Generally it is really hard for me to feel my lower abs working, and I have done the toe taps before, but your talking through the exercises and saying where to focus was perfect. I finally felt my lower abs burning and I enjoyed it?! What is this wizardry? Definitely watching more. Thank you so much.

I’ve really been loving these shorter 15-20 minute Pilates workouts!! Please keep them coming :) It’s been making it a lot easier for me to actually do a workout in my day and make it a habit when they’re shorter like this - harder to say I don’t have time!

@Well+Good Could you please confirm if i heard it right, that when we lower down our legs we need to inhale (referring to the first exercise/pilate)?? Kindly clarify as there is this app which I follow for my lower ab workout which says inhale when we lower down our legs ( like the rest of the exercises in this video...)

In general you want to exhale during contraction, I think this is why in the single leg ab exercise she makes us inhale when we extend our legs and exhale when bringing the legs back up
