This 15-minute workout will target your lower body. All you'll need for equipment is a slider (dish towels work great!). It's essentially a mini, at-home megaformer workout without the machine. We'll focus on the right leg & glutes, center, and then do the same sequence on the left side.
This is my first KZfaq video so all feedback is welcome! As I get the hang of this, the video quality should improve week by week. :)
