Low impact doesn’t mean no sweating😂 this workout was awesome. Yes please to more like this…kickboxing combined with anything you create makes these workouts fun and they fly by and never bored doing them again so THANK YOU!!!

I LOVE this Lindsey! I am a 61 year old lady currently on vacation in Italy(I know, terrible😜) BUT I am a dedicated follower of your workouts! Even thought I’m getting plenty of steps walking around, I am trying hard to workout with you everyday from here. Doing what I can with exercise bands and very limited space-so THANK YOU!!! You are terrific!

Working out for the first time in 9 years 😅 mama of three and 7 months post partum! I’ve been doling your beginner challenge and I love it so much!! Your amazing! I love having a calander and super easy videos to follow, with an option for different move if it’s too hard. And seeing you even drop down a weight etc in other videos makes me feel so much better and like I’m working out with friends! Best of all it’s even free ❤️ thank you all for what you do!

Loved this!! Perfect for days when you sat around a lot and feel like you need to MOVE at the end of the day! Also LOVE that it's pregnancy friendly and feels like something I'll want to do throughout my pregnancy, unlike a lot of things 😂

This got the sweat flying - yesss. I have such a hard time sustaining high knees, so that tiny little break to touch the floor and bring your knee back up worked great!

I needed my toddler to get some energy out before nap on a stormy day, so I threw this one & had her do it with me. She thought it was so fun & I loved the extra movement thrown in midday. Thank you for this quick, fun workout!

Love this low impact cardio workout. I added it on to today’s strength and conditioning workout, and it was great for an add on. I will love this for days when I’m low on energy but want to move too. It’s quick, fun and fast paced. Love the no repeats and kick boxing moves too! ❤

I've been moving with GHUTV and then NML for about 6 years. At almost 51 I'm no longer interested in kicking my own arse, but I love this. Low impact moving, that is what I need. More please! Thank you!

I'm in recovery from carpal tunnel release surgery and this was a great way to ease back into working out. I just kept my left arm (surgery hand) tight to my body and it worked great. I really do miss my weights, though :(

I strained my knee over a month ago and this is my first NML WO after resting and it was perfect!! You can take it as easy as you need to!! So good to sweat again!! I say yes to kickboxing with low impact mod!!! It’s my favorite WO!!! And you are definitely my Jane Fonda!!! 🫶🏼

I REALLY loved this one! Now when I am traveling and unable to go for a walk, I can do this! I slowly marched in place on the breaks and ended up with 1614 steps! Then added the bi, tri, shoulder workout along with the dead bug workout and it make for a perfect routine. Thank you as always for the incredible content.

Love your bright colors today! And loved this workout. Was great to tack onto a low impact strength session. Yes, I would love to see more kickboxing. I still return to the strength + kickboxing and 25 min kickboxing, but would be lovely to have some fresh content too!

I really like this one! Those knee bend under the knee clasps I remember doing in P E!!! Worked out but not too much to do lymph legs balance batwings and posture. Ty!!! 71,21❤. Going strong# no more Garfield mons!!!
