The '68 Redskins were led offensively by QB Sonny Jurgensen, RB Charley Taylor, Rec Bobby Mitchell, TE Jerry Smith and C Lenny Hauss. Love these old highlights! Although much of this would he penalties today, lol. DQ should show this to the current team to show them what Redskins football used to be and what they want it to be again!

Funny thing about the 50s/60s: the Colts always played against the Redskins. Until the Cards moved from Chicago to St Louis, the Bears had a game against them. All the other teams in either conference only had two games with teams in the other. There was no playing one team every year from the cross conference and someone else except for the Redskins and Bears pre Cards' move.

Won't you get in trouble for using their real name? redskins? that''s now taboo. I really don't understand if you want to rename a team with a proud native american warrior on the helmet, name them the warriors, not the commanders. the warriors would have at least shown some respect to their past name, no they had to just trash it completely. They kept the colors, that's about it. Hail to the redskins!

Even then they completely changed the uniforms. But I agree with you. At least with new ownership they’ve made it OK to say Redskins without someone taking up an issue with it. Now while the name isn’t ever coming back I do like Warriors and Josh Harris should just pay the fool who trademarked all the good names.
