Day 4 Full Liquid Diet. Totally there where you were.

Hello👋🏼 just starting my journey and it will be 5 months till I have my liquid diet.. watching videos to see what to expect and I am scared and doubt I will be able..😩 I can’t even go a day without food and also hate hate protein shakes or any kind of shakes.. I am starting to doubt I can do this.. praying and going to keep watching and learning.. thanks for the advice .. 🙏🏽

Yes mine is gonna be the same nothing but clear liquids and I’ve seen some people do it two weeks protein plus their liquids home but where I’m getting my surgery done at my doctor recommends clear liquids only like like what you’re doing pro pal sugar-free Powerade mineral water you know and all that and I’ll Crystal light of course I can have coffee and tea but minimize all of that so I’m not really going to have coffee or tea in with all my coffee lover but I’m gonna skip those two because I know they they hold caffeine so I do it right and skip my coffee for two weeks And just do it right so I can shrink my lover because I did not want to pull out of surgery because they will do that to you my doctor said if her liver is not small enough so yeah and I also have two teenagers to cook for in a husband a cup for so they’re pretty much going to be on their own for two weeks and I will make sure that they have food here to eat so it’s gonna be lotta Temptations but I can do this and then will overcome temptation of phone and whenever I do my protein shake them I think something yummy
