Finally, I've found tutorials only about specific things (flags, pillows) but never about all the options, it was very helpful, thank you!!

@Chris Prenninger do you think it’s possible simulate a kind of object ( could be solid or a text, etc) growing up from a plane ( for ex a grid could be nice or glass) using CLOTH or Animation Nodes? ..... just to get an effect like reverse melting object... don’t know if I was clear...

These sim tutorials are really helpful since there are a lot of physic variables that can be overwhelming to beginners. Would like to see more!

This is EXCELLENT, I really love tutorials that go into all the settings and what they really do, while you're showing real world examples. Very excited to watch through the entire series! FYI, others have mentioned this but your end transition has a very loud WHOOSH which is very startling. I would suggest reducing that by 12-18 dB

Fantastic tutorial, thank you very much! Next time could you use a different color for the collision object (ground plane) and the cloth? Grey on grey look very confusing sometimes when you watch it on a phone or tablet. Thanks!

Eager to get on with cloth physics, just a quick question if I may. Did they change mesh visibility in edit mode? When I subdivide I am not seeing the wire frame on the cube even though I have wireframe geometry enabled under view port settings. Is this an add on, did they change the default in 2.83?
@chrisprenn
@chrisprenn 4 жыл бұрын
uhm... i pretty much use default settings for tutorials and I can see the mesh in edit mode just fine (2.83) ?????
