If you are sensitive to dairy products or have to do without, here is the solution! A pie crust without butter, a 2-ingredient pie crust, a vegetable pie crust! Very quick to make and delicious. The only difference with a butter pie dough is that it is a little more fragile to handle but so good! If the amount of oil bothers you, you can replace part of the amount of oil, with water (see my tips below). Good tasting !
Ingredients :
235g flour (1 + 1/4)
110 ml oil (¼ cup + 3 tbsp)
1 - To make a pie dough with water and oil, the quantity will be: 60 ml of oil and 50 ml of water.
2 - I do not add salt to this pie crust because I use it for savory pie crusts (no need to add extra salt).
3 - The dough does not need pre-cooking.
