Workout Description
Nothing better than a full lower body day to burn tons of calories, and really burn out those legs! Hop on your mini stepper for this fun lower body workout that pairs bodyweight exercise and cardio work on your mini stepper for a challenging workout to get your heart pumping and strengthen and tone your lower body.

Twisting motion is really bad for you knees. Get a straight up and down one.

I have the stepper and I'm so desperate to release weight. But I can't get far in a workout. Is a little bit at a time worth it? Will my endurance improve? Thx

Thank you for reaching out. When it comes to stepper workouts, start slow. Mini steppers have pretty strong resistance, and you'll likely be surprised by how challenging it is and how quickly you can work up a sweat. As you get more confident and fit, you will be able to get through the workout much easier.

You cant target specific fat. Be focused on eating well and consistently exercising
