韓老師教得好好,讓初学者都能跟上每一动作都教一呼一吸,使初学者知道重點不会因而扭傷,做後真正体会到運动帶來好處。常听到好多長者嚷着腿、腰、痛等搽药油買一大堆,韓師父辛苦你了 👍🙏
