I get asked all the time how to lose weight in certain body areas. And while there are workouts that involve those certain muscles, the weight loss rule of thumb is this:
If you reduce your body fat in general, you will also lose weight in those problem areas that you have.
With that reasoning in mind I created this simple workout routine you can do at home to burn belly, side, and thigh fat. Not only does this workout burn fat, it will also strengthen the muscles in your glutes, thighs, and legs!

Have been doing this for a week. First four days were horrible after the workout as my thighs were paining but after that no pain at all. I lost 2 kg in a week , of course with the aid of other stuff like intermittent fasting for 18 hours, green tea on an empty stomach, 2L of water everyday, no fast foods especially noodles. I struggled to lose weight but small changes make a huge difference. Don't give up and remember you're doing it for yourself and not others.

Weight- 58 Day 1- ✅ ( to much pain in body but okk) Day 2-✅ ( same ) Day 3- ✅ ( little pain in body) Day-4 ✅ Day -5 ✅ ( to much pain in body) Day-6 ✅ my leg is hurting I'm not able to do this workout but i did 16 min Day-7 ✅ I saw little different in my thigh..🎉 Day -8 ✅ Day-9 ❌( I'm busy )

Dear Roberta, i challenge myself to do this for 2 months... Day 1:-feeling energetic and sweating horribly, but completed successfully, there are no squats , so from tom i will squats furst and all these excersizes.

I srsly hate working out, it took me almost 8 months to actually convince my self to start bc i woukd always want to but then i was svared i was going be seen and judged and finding this at home video legit changed my life so thank you im going to start trying out all your workouts and doing this daily you voosted mt confidence to actaully start my journey even if this was just day one i already feel 10 times more self confident about my body thank you so much you legit are my hero

DISCLAIMER: This is a motivation comment to remind me every day that I have to do the exercise routine and update you! Every time when exams period starts I realise that I gain 2-5 kg every time. Not because of sitting on my desk studying, but also because I am anxious and everything I eat turns into more fat. Belly and inner thighs are my biggest problem when it comes to gaining wheight. So I decided to start this routine. DAY 1✅: I just did the whole thing and I got exhausted. Thank God it had many breaks between the exercises. The truth is that my belly wasn't empty enough, so i struggled a little bit more, but that's ok. I already feel better with myself. I'm gonna do it tomorrow morning without eating anything and then I'll drink some green tea. DAY 2✅: Just finished and i swear guys I'm sweating. I did the exercises much better than yesterday and I feel the fat burning. It was the first thing that I did as soon as I woke up and I feel grateful for doing so. It was much easier with a complitely empty stomach. My stomach is already much flatter than yesterday. Now I'm gonna drink a cup of green tea and then jump into the shower. DAY 3✅: This time I did it much easier. Ofcourse I started getting tired with lunge jumps, but I made it. My thighs hurt but I feel stronger every day. DAY 4✅: I just complited it succesfully for 4 days in a row and the first signs of improvement are starting to show. My thighs hurt a bit still, but my belly got pretty flat and my legs feel a lot stronger. Only if you start exercising you will see how weak your feet and hands are. Each day is more easy to complete the routine and with a balanced diet you will see a lot quicker the results. I stopped eating sugar, not even in the tea, i eat veggies and mostly chicken for meat. You feel better with yourself and gain more confidence. DAY 5: DAY 6: DAY 7: DAY 8: DAY 9: DAY 10: DAY 11: DAY 12: DAY 13: DAY 14:

Hi, I quite agree with the viewer who said that it’s impossible to do the lunge jumps immediately after doing the squats. When I couldn’t, I thought that this was it, I’m a given up case, but when I read her views, thank you, now I have all the happiness in the world that I’m no the only one who feels this way. Thank you Roberta, you have so much strength, I’m amazed.

It sure is hard! I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising!❤️💪

Day-1 I did the whole exercise. Day-2 my whole body is paining but that’s how it is so let’s continue Day-3 little more pain Day-4 it’s feels good and less pain Day-5 can see a lil change day-6 same Day-7 it’s good no pains but can see a little diff Day-8 same

Hi these are my results for 2 weeks right leg: before: 51.4 cm after: 42.3 left leg: 53.2cm after: 43.5 Aaaaaa Thank youuuuuu!!! This is the best results so far!! I will measure my stomach later!

Hello Roberta I have been doing your exercises once in a while but then forgot I want to seriously lose mu thigh and belly fat so from today I an going to do your exercise everyday for a month and share my results. Day 1: definitely broke a sweat and can't feel my legs but it felt good! Day2: yeah I skipped because I was so sore from day 1

All exercises in video is especially best for thighs ,lunge jumps are the toughest part .One can see the results within a month if he /she will continue this workout ❤️

Hi Roberta! Last year I lost 26 kgs in 3 months and i stopped workout for almost 7 months now I gained 2 kgs so nice to see you again... :3

Nahi maine ek din kiya tha fir mere paon dard karne lage 3 din tak thik se chal nahi pai bade dino ke baad exercise ki or fir maine ki nahi 😭😭

Starting it today and will update the results starting weight 76.2 kg Day 1 - only 10 mins workout done Day 2 - 12 mins workout done Day 3 - 11 mins only Day 4 - 12 mins done Day 5 - 19 mins Day 6- break Day 7 - 16 mins

Finally starting working out today Hight- 5'3 Weight- 60 Goal Weight- 50 Day 1 - I did a 6 minute warm up and couldn't do more that 10 mins of this video. I have started taking care of my diet and I'm positive I'll get there.
