No choreography or coordination needed for this trampoline cardio workout. The moves are simple and straight to the point! We will go through 20 different moves for twenty minutes of cardio with no repeats. This class is made for a newer trampoline jumper or someone who doesn't want to think too much and just straight up break a sweat! "Basic" doesn't mean easy ;)

Great workout, did this at 11pm after not getting in my morning trampoline work, suggestion, more15 minute intermediate workouts on the trampoline ❤,these would be good for mornings before work.

Loved this and added a elastic/fabric resistance band!!! Great stuff. as I'm new to Rebounding.. Pour sweat and nicely elevated heart rate. :)

Highlands the!I'm just curious if you can make a 20 minute rebounder exercise. That is 30 seconds high intensity 90 seconds rest.

You can use a heart rate monitor or an online calculator with your weight and height to best figure calories burned for this trampoline workout 🌞
