Join me for a 20 minute STANDING CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT! We're about to get SUPER SWEATY and blast through calories in this HIGH INTENSITY routine! This is an all standing workout which means no planks, burpees or pushups. We will be jumping, but I'll provide low impact options as well. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. I have recently discovered your channel and love your 20 min no wrists standing cardio hiit videos! I have a sore wrist and these workouts have enabled me to get really sweaty workouts in without putting strain on my joints. would love more no wrist 20 min super sweaty hiits! :D

Love it when cardio exercises have squats because I have restless leg syndrome. Felt so alive after this workout, keep up the good work!

HIIT is no joke, I’m use to going and running 1 and a half to two miles in 20 minutes and this kicked my butt more than any cardio. Good job!!

Awesome workout. Did this one on holiday where I didn't have any equipment or soft surface. Also super nice moves! Was nice to do some thing different, and not the usual squat jump/lung jump approach to standing workouts. Loved it.

6.2.2024: This was one of your toughest cardio workouts I've done. So sweaty, lots of lower body moves (squats and lunges).

Holy Moly Heart Rate!!! 💓 This workout is the 💣Whoo Wee 💥💥🔥🔥⚡⚡💦💦 I did all of the moves as high intensity and what a fantastic workout!!! Love, love, loved it!!! Week 3/Day 6 CYOA May 2023 Challenge is done ☑️ and Wowza am I feeling fantastic!!! 🙌🙌👍😁!!!!!
